A beautiful hotel, a large and flourishing well-groomed area, a good beach with an entrance to the sea and pantone, a large swimming pool. Corals are alive only on pantone, near the shore are dead, but there are also very beautiful, bright and diverse fish.
This is where the positive impressions end.
Here the service is not All-inclusive, but everything is off!!!
There are two lines on the territory of the hotel, the 2nd line is just at the stage of bankruptcy, the reception, restaurant and bars do not work, and there are slides in the pool...
All guests go for breakfast, lunch and dinner to the dining room of the 1st line, namely to the canteen, because the restaurant is for Italians.
The canteen is constantly filled with people, queues for absolutely everything: for plates, cutlery and food.
The food is just terrible, and it's not because I'm a foodie, it's just that there is no choice. The fish was 2 times a week, meat is given every day, but it is dumb to eat.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, melon and watermelon are in very limited quantities and are given by the waiter by the piece, but there are a lot of cabbage and carrots, as well as salads that are made from the remaining products, there is just everything: vermicelli, rice, orange, cheese, sausage... just creepy!
Instant coffee only, americano and espresso for a fee.
Egypt is famous for sweets, but this hotel does not know about it))) every day primitive pastries, which were barely enough for all the guests. Water is not provided, you have to buy it.
If you are not satisfied with the food, at the reception you will be offered a paid meal = $ 10 per day per person. What we took advantage of, the food is much more varied, the restaurant is bright and spacious, drinks are poured into glasses.
My verdict is a solid 3*** hotel, no more.
