We were put on bracelets, the hotel worker took our suitcases and asked to follow him. He led us to a room on the second floor with a view of both the pool and the sea. Everything in the room was in working order - a TV that showed two Ukrainian channels, and air conditioning, and a safe, and a hairdryer, and a shower. The water in the shower was warm for a couple of days, and later became hot. The room had two beds pushed together.
In general, we liked the room and we settled on this option. They gave the kid $1 and a chocolate bar. He smiled, left the key and two replacement cards for beach towels, and left.

We didn’t buy masks, but rented them at the diving center on the beach for $ 2 for the whole day. By the way, you can also book excursions there. They have them cheaper by 5-15 dollars than the hotel guide.
Many write that if you don’t book excursions with a hotel guide, then the attitude towards you changes - they begin to be rude and threaten. In our case, in order to avoid such a situation, we ordered one excursion on a motorcycle safari and that's it. The guide wanted to sell more, but we said that we had already tried the rest and we were not interested.
Maybe we were lucky with the guide, but how many times we turned to him for advice or asked him to exchange money for smaller bills, he never refused us. There was a case, my wife burned her leg on the coral, I went to the guide (his name is Ali - a red-haired one, probably the only one in the whole Charm) asked for help. He took us to the doctor who is in the hotel. The doctor does not speak Russian at all, and Ali was like a translator for us. He gave his wife an allergy shot and gave her an ointment and a talker. He asked us for insurance, I showed him and he said that the medicines are free for us. Chatterbox, by the way, helped a lot. on the second day there was no trace of the burn.
About nutrition. The variety of food is huge, but the taste was unusual for us, so we didn’t even try much. We chose a couple of dishes and ate them constantly. Breakfast is standard scrambled eggs and freshly baked donuts with tea. For lunch, pasta or rice, hard cheese, feta, grilled vegetables. Instead of bread, they took buns like our donuts. For dinner, the same thing, only plus everything else they gave octopuses, crabs, turkey. We didn't like the soups at all. Fruits included dates, melon, watermelon, bananas, oranges and limes. The list of confectionery products is endless, you can’t try everything. In general, nutritional opinion is mediocre, but we were not hungry.
Animation is not bad. There was fitness, there was aqua aerobics, darts, water polo in the pool, volleyball on the beach. In the evening, the amphitheater has various competitions and a disco.
Alcohol from 12.00. It is impossible to drink anything other than beer. Pour into plastic cups. Of the three bartenders, only one was rude, the oldest. Lil with a displeased face, so much so that there was only foam in the glass. The other two were normal guys.
