We arrived at the hotel around 11:00-12:00, before the scheduled check-in time. We were immediately taken to a room on the second line on the first floor. We asked for the same room, but on the second floor. Replaced without any problems or surcharges within 5-10 minutes. Lovely room overlooking the pool and even the sea could be seen.
After discovering that there was no hot water in the room and that the chain lock on the door was not working, the next day at a meeting with the Anex Tour guide, we reported these problems. The guide came to the reception and we were offered two rooms to choose from on the first line in the very first building to the sea on the second floor (no extra charge!!! ). The rooms are identical, just with an amazing view of the sea and the beach!!
On the first line, the numbers are a little newer. From a significant difference with the second line - 1. plasma instead of a regular TV, but we never turned on the TV for 9 days of rest; and 2. the air conditioner could be set to different modes.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with optional filling (cheese, sausage, tomatoes, herbs, onions), pancakes (can be with chocolate or jam), fresh vegetables, buns, separately cheese and sausage (but they don’t taste very good). From drinks - tea, coffee, cocoa, some local juices, maybe even fresh juices, but a little diluted.
Lunches and dinners - there was always meat or fish to choose from. Several types of side dishes (potatoes, rice, pasta), fresh and baked vegetables, sauces, there were always many sweet options. Not every day, but sometimes grilled meat on the street. And also not every day, but there were cupcakes in the evenings. Of fruits, indeed, only melon. But this is absolutely not a problem. Across the street from the hotel there is Mango Market with reasonable prices and a large selection of mango varieties. Drinks for lunch and dinner - cola, something like fanta, regular soda, tea, coffee.
No one brought bottled water to the room, but you could easily collect it in the restaurant in your own bottle.
There were also alcoholic cocktails in the bars. Three bars work - near the main restaurant on the second line, near the pool and on the beach.
About alcohol. It's no news and no secret that there is no local alcohol. If you want to drink on vacation - take it with you or buy a tour where non-local alcohol will be included, but then the cost of the tour will be higher.
Animation. Evening shows were so-so, to be honest) And here it’s not even about the animators, but about the number of people in the hotel, there was even no one to entertain. But the animators are great, they do everything possible so that people do not get bored, and they made our stay as comfortable as possible! ) Music near the pool was always at the time it was supposed to be. Yes, indeed, there was no music on the beach, but there was no one to turn it on there. There were up to 10 people on the beach maximum...
Animators Fokas, Tazz and Mizo did everything so cool that words can not describe) For this they are very grateful.
We did aqua aerobics, stretching, learned dancing with them, and just constantly smiled from talking with them) Also, with the animators, evening trips were organized outside the hotel to the center, to Soho Street or to discos for those who wish.
Beach. Nice, wide and clean. The pontoon scared me at first) because of the waves it was not very convenient to walk on it, but then we got used to it. The coral reef and the fish are just the bomb. It's great that they are at the hotel and you do not need to go specifically to another beach. There are more than enough sun loungers. On the beach bar and snacks, everything works.
Swimming pool. On the second line only worked. There are several different depths. And three hills. The pools are all clean, the water is chlorinated every day.
Hotel staff. The entire staff of the hotel left only positive impressions. Due to quarantine, many have had their salaries reduced, but despite this, everyone is very polite, friendly and at the same time unobtrusive.
The only thing I had to pay for at the hotel was to extend my room. The return flight was in the evening, check-out by the rules at 12:00, and transfer to the airport was at 16:30. For $ 20 extended the stay in the room until 16:00.
General impression of the hotel. Booked a tour before quarantine. We chose the hotel because of the large and beautiful territory. Overall, she did not disappoint. In the evenings we were eaten by mosquitoes, so we had to buy a spray from mosquitoes in the pharmacy, even though they were poisoned every evening on the territory of the hotel.
