The hotel is kept by Austrians, with service for Europeans! vacationers - 90% Europeans! there are few Ukrainians, Belarusians, Arabs and Tagil.
Very well-groomed and green area, clean, really in the background, the rest of the hotels fade in the stones and debris.
The service is quite correct, efficient and friendly, not intrusive. It can be seen that the staff and work were set clearly for European guests.
Good food, especially on weekends, chef's dishes are really like from a good restaurant.
Decent rooms, clean, maybe not new, but nothing is dead.
An excellent beach, for comparison, walk along the beach of neighboring hotels and you will understand everything yourself, even the beach of the neighboring Rixos is resting.
Things can be safely left on the beach, no one steals anything, everything is guarded.

The only thing is that the hotel is located in a windy part, in the morning there can be waves and the pontoon is closed. You have to swim from the shore.
The reef is average but decent. On the territory there is an excellent diving center, considered one of the best. (buying dives not at the reception, but from the manager Nikita, who walks on the beach, will be much cheaper! )
In short... For a hot summer, a great option, for the winter period I'm not sure, but I specified that the pool is heated.
