Just like in previous reviews, we chose a hotel for a very long time, as we already have experience of holidays in Egypt. And so, on the recommendation of the Shturman travel agency, Lyudmila suggested this hotel. The tour operator of our trip was Anex Tour, which pleased us very much in all respects: flight, transfer, guide at the Mahmoud Hotel. All services were provided on time, with high quality, a very cultural and pleasant attitude of the guide to vacationers.
From the first minutes of our stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the staff with their cultural, polite and professional attitude.
We arrived in the evening, we were immediately offered to go to dinner, while preparations were underway for our settlement in the rooms. Taking into account our wishes during check-in, I note that without demanding money and without impudence, very cultured, we were taken to the rooms and had a review of the rooms, showing that everything was working. Strengthening made a very good impression on us.

Separately, I want to note the food. Every day we were surprised with new dishes, presentations and dishes from the chef. Everything is fresh, varied and very tasty! Surprised by the wide variety of fish on their menu. Sweets, fruits, again, the presentations of desserts were very pleasing. All hot dishes were prepared in front of the guests, a wide variety of meat dishes. Food is selected for different tastes: vegetarianism, proper nutrition, baby food, as well as varied.
Cleanliness is inherent in every corner of the territory and rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed linen changed daily.
I was also pleased with the animation. Every day at the hotel was themed, for example, today is a carnival (carnival decorations were installed on the territory, animators in carnival costumes all day, a carnival program (day and evening), even the restaurant was cleaned in a carnival style) and so it was decorated every day for a specific theme day. . .
The sea also deserves its special attention. The pier is chic, there is enough space for everyone, there is no pandemonium. If we talk about coastal entry, then in the morning it’s high tide, you can go in and swim for your pleasure, enjoying the turquoise hue of the water, in the afternoon it’s low tide, swimming only from the pier at a depth and watching the beautiful coral underwater world with a variety of fish.
Our holiday was very successful and beautiful, thanks to the responsibility and decency of all the hotel staff.
