We stayed for 8 nights at the turn of July-August 2018.2 adults and 2 children (17 and 16 years old). They flew Azur from Anex. Departure from Kyiv was 30 minutes late. Since the flight was a day one, immediately upon arrival we were given bracelets and 10 minutes later the keys. Asked for two rooms side by side (bought a garden view). Received 21115 and 21117 (turned out to be a pool view). Probably visas and passports did their job))) This is the farthest building from the sea, but close to the reception and the main restaurant. But in the evening it is very quiet and cozy. Just a huge balcony and an impressive view of the still waters of the pool.
CONTINGENT. The main part is Europeans (Germans predominate), but there are also a lot of Ukrainians.
NUMBERS. Large and clean. There is a safe, a kettle and accessories, soap, gel, a hat and something else on the little things. Cleaned up very quickly after breakfast. There are no complaints about the quality of cleaning.

TERRITORY. Much has been said about this, but I will add a little more. Very, very green. Chic palm trees, bushes, trees, lawns. Everything is trimmed, and the bodies and tracks are simply buried in green colors. You hardly walk in the sun. When you go out onto the pontoon, you see 2 different Rixos to the left and to the right. They may be more expensive, but the contrast is colossal - there are very few trees, and they have practically no other plantings.
POOLS. There were two of them. The one that was near our rooms, from 10 o'clock was already full of vacationers (what is the habit of throwing towels on the sunbeds? ). He himself was not very big and did not see more than 5-7 people at the same time. We used the main pool. It is divided into 4 segments, among which there is also a children's one. There was always enough space. If you do not want to get burned in the sun, then take sunbeds that are under an awning closer to the sea. The water was very warm, although it was a little invigorating in the morning)))
SEA. What most tourists come for. Before lunch, the tide, when you can plunge into the lagoon about 50-70 meters from the shore, and after lunch, the water is up to the ankle. For 8 days, the red flag was 2 times before lunch. The pontoon is quite long, but the fresh breeze smooths out the hot walk a little. For some reason, there were always few people, and before dinner there were no more than 10 people at all. There were plenty of places in the sea for swimming. This was the 4th visit to Egypt, but personally I saw 6 new fish. When descending into the water, the depth is 25 meters. I won’t say that this is the best reef, a couple of years ago I was in Sharks Bay, so I think it’s more interesting there. There were days when there were no waves at all. I advise you to go in the first half of the day, as the sun's rays penetrate deep enough into the abyss, which only adds additional colors to the underwater world.
FOOD. But here there is no doubt - very, very tasty. The Turkish chef himself sometimes goes to the canteen (well, it’s hard to call Egyptian dining rooms restaurants) and personally serves a dish prepared by himself. We did not come across shrimps, but there were mussels. Breakfasts are ordinary, but lunches and dinners were varied. I don’t eat fish, I prefer meat, but my wife liked tuna and some other marine life. I spoiled myself with several types of beef, lamb and goat, which were constantly. I won’t talk about the variety of pizzas, pastas, potatoes, vegetables, salads and sweets - all this must be seen and tried. In the morning I really liked fresh melon.

BARS. A lot of them. Alone on the beach. One each near the pools (near the main one opens at 9). Three near reception, one of which opens at 6pm and is right on the show floor. The second bar is closed, there are sofas and you can safely drink something under the air conditioner in a relaxed atmosphere. Didn't even go to the third one. There is another lounge that works at night, where you can have a bite to eat from 12 to 1. Near the pools and on the beach, drinks are served in large plastic glasses that look like glass, but in the canteen and bars near the reception everything is in glass, and there are containers for different cocktails. I tried several cocktails and beer with rum - on the level. Soda is poured from vending machines.
BEACH. This is a must see! Several hundred sun loungers under large umbrellas, each surrounded by massive wind protection, were filled with a maximum of 10 percent. Choose - I don’t want to.
ANIMATION. For us, it is always almost in last place, but we watched the evening shows with pleasure. Yes, and competitions in the pool were also interesting. The animators are completely unobtrusive, they don’t grab hands and don’t pester every minute. The team is international, which includes 5 people from Ukraine.
Despite being highly rated, there are a few downsides:
1. Incomprehensible wi-fi. It seems that since May he has been everywhere around the hotel, but in the room he caught terribly, and sometimes he just flew around the pool. Worked at the reception once in a while. The most convenient time is either early in the morning or late in the evening. Personally, I needed it for work, but the laptop caught the network terribly, so I had to use stationary computers in the business center (for free).
2. In the dining room, the first room is the grill. Either the air conditioner did not work, or it was intended to be so, but it was very hot and stuffy there. While you choose a dish, it becomes a little uncomfortable.
3. This paragraph does not refer to the hotel, but to the tour operator who put the guide named Mahmoud. On the first day, he fooled us with his excursions for about an hour, when he spent about 5 minutes on the strength of the information necessary for the tourist. He made huge discounts, insisted, well, just tulil. When he realized that it would not work to divorce us, he ignored almost the entire rest.
