Очень достойный отель Very decent hotel

We just returned from Sharm, we are very glad that we chose this particular hotel for a vacation. We took a tour through Anex-Tour (this hotel sells only this operator), we flew Azur-Ukraine, despite many negative reviews - we went through almost everything smoothly. Departure from Kyiv - on time, back - for an hour there was a delay, about which the guide warned us back at the hotel, so that we still swam and sunbathed for an hour. that it is necessary to take excursions, in general, there are no complaints about it. Now about the hotel itself; the first thing that caught our eye upon checking in was a very beautiful, well-groomed and green area, we did not see such a number of palm trees and other greenery in any hotel in Egypt. The check-in went very quickly, the room with a view of the garden and the relax zone also suited us perfectly, everything is nearby and the pools and the beach and the reception and the restaurant, in general, we can safely recommend building (block) No. 20 for a comfortable location. Cleaning - daily, with change of towels and bed linen, I was struck by the cleanliness of the beds and perfect snow-white towels. etc. (who is in Egypt - they know what I'm talking about), there are no constant pestering with spas, photo sessions and massages, once they approached and everyone sees that people are not interested, they are no longer imposed.
Separately, I would like to note the food - in this hotel it is 10 plus, without exaggeration, we rested in different hotels, but there was no such variety and quality of food in any of them. If you list all the dishes that we were fed - a lot I’ll have to print, I haven’t tried anything tasty, the menu is different every day, everything is from quality products, if the fish is either red or some equivalent (the chef cuts huge fish right in the hall and cooks right there in front of guests). There is a lot of meat different (beef, lamb, chicken, duck, quail, turkey), seafood - squid, shrimp, mussels, a lot of fresh salads, sauces, fruits (figs, mango, pomegranate, bananas, grapes, melon, etc. ). In general, I can’t list everything. The waiters are all clean, very courteous, serve at the highest level, literally on the second day they remember your preferences for drinks - very nice. The restaurant itself is very clean, the dishes are already held together. The chef is a Turk, a very serious man builds the staff is ok, they go out every day he checks everything, sometimes he gives out dishes (from the chef). In the bars, everyone is also very polite, adequate guys, a lot of delicious cocktails, natural grain coffee and everything else. Vacationers are mainly Europe, our percentage is 15%, local ( Egyptians) were not seen at all.
Now about the beach: it was very cool for us that there is an entry from the sea and 2 pontoons with coral reefs. Since the bay is windy, there is almost always a red flag on the pier in the morning, but from the shore it’s just a tide and you can calmly and swim in the sea even with a mask, even so (there are fish and hedgehogs and stars), but after dinner, when you can swim from the pontoon, you can already see all kinds of big fish there, we even saw an octopus walking along the pier.

There is animation, but we hardly went to the show, so I can’t give an objective assessment.
You can write a lot more, but the main thing is that we were very pleased with the rest and the level of service in this hotel and with full confidence we can recommend it for a quality holiday, which in Egypt is now, unfortunately, very lame in many hotels.
