We were in this hotel in early December.
We chose according to reviews on Turpravda, flew with Anex from Kyiv.
Upon arrival at the hotel, while waiting for check-in, we were offered soft drinks in the lobby. We arrived in the morning, check-in at lunchtime, but literally half an hour later we were offered a room overlooking the garden.
The staff was extremely polite, very attentive, as in good European hotels. Not once in all the time has anyone hinted at the need for financial motivation.
Standard room is quite spacious. Always cleaned well. Minibar, air conditioning worked. Is there a safe in the room.
The plumbing worked well.
Food is a special praise for this hotel. It has always been varied. The hotel has a main restaurant, several bars and snack bars. Therefore, no one will remain hungry at any time of the day. The staff of the main restaurant tried to arrange themed evenings.
Decorated the restaurant, the tables for dinner were beautifully served. Many dishes are prepared by chefs in front of guests in open kitchens. The chef also prepared his dishes in front of the guests.
From fruits there have always been grapes, oranges, apples, melons, guava, bananas, pomegranates ...A very large selection of cheeses, oriental sweets, desserts. Meat dishes in different variations: chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lamb, quail...From fish: tuna, sea bass, mackerel. Shrimps were part of other dishes, there were also mussels, squids. There is always a huge selection of ready-made salads, as well as the opportunity to prepare a salad of your choice (a lot of fresh vegetables and sauces for them).
The waiters offer drinks, water. The service is very attentive and unobtrusive.
At the bars (and there are 5 or 6 of them on the territory), always friendly bartenders made delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
By the end of the holiday, the staff remembered our preferences. It's nice.
The territory is beautiful: green, well-groomed. Everything is ennobled. The staff works conscientiously, but imperceptibly, so as not to disturb the guests.
The only drawback of this hotel is the bay in which it is located. The sea is shallow, corals are needed to enter the water (they can be purchased at the George Clooney store across the street from the hotel for $ 2.5). The pontoon is quite long, but for us it was not a problem, while walking we sunbathed and admired the fish in the clear beautiful water.
On site there are animators, a kids club. In the evenings, unobtrusive entertainment program.
Most of the guests are Ukrainians and Germans.
Our vacation went great. We did not suffer any famous food poisoning. They brushed their teeth and washed fruits only with bottled water. Well, the usual rules of hand hygiene. But there is a pharmacy across the street from the hotel : )
There is also a shop George Clooney, where there is a transfer from other hotels.
A very popular place. Prices are 2-3 times less than in other shops. Large selection of cheap souvenirs, fruits, oriental sweets, textiles, suitcases, cosmetics and oils.
By the way, they didn't pay for the visa. Sinai only. They did not travel outside the peninsula. From Anex we took a yacht trip to Ras Mohamed with snorkeling. We liked. The reef and fish are amazing.
I strongly recommend this hotel to friends. We will be back next year, but for longer. : )
