We chose the hotel based on reviews, both personal and on websites. I think we made the right choice.
We arrived at the hotel at 9:40. We were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. When we got back, we were told to wait until we were able to check in. While we were conferring whether we should pay extra for early check-in, we were called and told that our room was ready. The receptionist was generously gifted with chocolate : ).
The food is beyond praise. Everything is fresh and varied. Lots of vegetables, lots of fruits, always several types of meat and fish. Every evening some new exclusive - roast lamb, seafood. . . Yoghurts, desserts. . . No restrictions. When the main restaurant was not working, you could go to an additional one and even at night sandwiches were available at the bar. Bars work at different times, but at any given time one of them is open.

Large green landscaped area. It can be seen that a lot of effort is put into the content. Pleasing to the eye, walking with great pleasure.
Everything was fine in the room. Clean linen, comfortable bed, everything is working and clean in the bathroom, spacious terrace. The fridge was a bit cold, but that wasn't a problem, ice-cold bottled water is always available at the bars. The cleaner didn't get a dollar or a chocolate bar every day, but the quality of the cleaning was always good.
The staff is very friendly, this applies to all categories.
In the room, the safe stopped working, the batteries were dead. On appeal to the receptionist, they did it within 2 hours.
The beach is clean. You have to walk 200 meters to the deep sea along the pontoon. Work time was annoying: from 8 to 17 with a lunch break at 12-13 (!!! ). Half of our stay was windy and stormy, so swimming and snorkeling did not work out enough. But when it was possible, it was great. The water is clean, beautiful reef with a bunch of different fish. You can also swim on the reef from the shore and even swim at high tide, it is available even during a storm, there are practically no waves on the reef. The time of the tide depends on the phase of the moon, it is not a problem to find a chart for a particular day on the Internet. There is a twelve hour tide cycle at this location, so there are always a couple of hours of "high tide" daylight hours. Well, at other times - swimming pools. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach.
The contingent of vacationers is about 40% Ukraine, about 5% other CIS countries, about 40% Germans, the rest is other Europe.
There is everything from strawberries to suitcases, the prices are pleasant. On excursions offered by tour operators, oils and perfumes are 3 times more expensive.

From unpleasant. There was an early departure, leaving the hotel at 6. The tour operator (Anex) promised to organize an early breakfast. came to the reception, they said - to the restaurant. We arrived - almost everything was already laid out for a common breakfast. But the cooks did not let us in, they sent us to a night bar. There are only late-night cold sandwiches. You can't take anything with you either. So while we flew / got home, we were hungry. But this little thing did not stop me from appreciating the hotel : )
