My brother and I go to Egypt every year. From the stories of friends heard about this hotel. This year, at a burning price, they got into TUI Magic Life. Let me just say that my experience exceeded all expectations. Tour for three (me, brother and friend). We arrived at the hotel at 6.00, checked in, changed, had breakfast and went to the beach. Beautiful, large, beautiful, well-groomed, reasonably thought-out territory. Familiarized with the territory, settled.

Spacious and well-maintained room (superior) for two rooms with a standard set of amenities. We had lunch. Pleasantly surprised by the food and the variety of dishes. Very large indoor and outdoor restaurant. Polite and unobtrusive staff without "give van dollar". Sparkling cleanliness and immediate response to any requests by the staff. An abundance of fruits, sweets, salads and soft drinks. A good selection of spirits, and, importantly, of decent quality.

There are two swimming pools and one for children.

Everything is still unheated, but the water is not very cold. There are many bars, and I was pleasantly surprised, not even an abundance of drinks, but what is poured without limits and without questions, if desired, they will quickly and free of charge bring to a table or even to a sunbed !! ! And this does not happen in every hotel.

Animation at the hotel is beyond praise. I will not list everything, but I will say that with all the desire it is impossible to cover, try and visit all the games, tournaments and entertainment. You still miss something. Sometimes there is no time to go to plunge into the sea. I was surprised by the paradox: near the shore, aground, the water is cold, and in the sea from the pontoon it is warm!

There are also disadvantages. It is not always possible to return a beach towel, then it is closed, then there are no cards, then there is no receiver for a long time.

Wi-Fi is also free, but it does not catch everywhere and often breaks down. You have to re-enter passwords every time.
It's best to leave the hotel and not far from the city to top up your Vodafon account for 4 gb of Internet for $5 (I'm clarifying - do not buy a SIM card for $19). This is enough for 7-8 days both in the hotel and throughout the city!

There were troubles due to our personal negligence. But thanks to the representative of the general manager of the hotel, Irina Golub, all issues were resolved quickly, correctly, professionally, without fuss, reproaches and with a smile. Special thanks to her!!!

I would like to tell a lot more good things about this hotel, but I think it's better to see and try. Tours to this hotel are expensive, but the experience is worth it. I advise you to monitor tours and catch burning offers. Most often these happen in late November - early December.
