Visited the hotel 5 times. We were always satisfied with the rest in it and when leaving we dreamed of returning again. Animation has always been the advantage of this hotel, it did not let anyone get bored. The whole day there were always different activities, games, shows. We love to have an active and fun holiday and the hotel provided it 100%. But we changed the animation chief and the team. . . The team is a bunch of losers who are eternally dissatisfied with life, unable to communicate and entertain people. They tried not to hold anything, and if people gathered at the activity, it was terribly unprofessional and boring without a "light". After talking with the manager, the Egyptian animators began to try at least a little. And the Russian-speaking "animators": ALEX, DASHA, LARISA began to work even less and just do to ignore everyone. In general, the difference is crazy with how it was before. You can just lie on the beach and eat well in a hotel for less than $ 2.000 for two for 2 weeks. The hotel bartenders and waiters are 100 times more fun than the animators, drive them all. There is no show in the evening! The fact that they tried to spend no one came was boring and not interesting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they solve the problem with the animation. By the way, the kids were also bored, no one did them, although there are children's animators, but like everyone else, they don't work. A big hello to the hotel managers, you have lost your ideal regular customers in these difficult times. STUPID AND VERY SORRY!
