I'll start with the fact that there were three of us: me, my husband, and a child of 6 years old. We arrived at 1 am, we were taken to the hotel at about 2:30. Settled immediately, treated to juice near the reception. The hotel has 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated (since we were traveling in winter, this was important). This hotel was recommended to us by the tour operator as one of the good family hotels.
So they are) Many children. The room had 2 large beds, although the room was supposed to be 3. We moved them and did not ask for an extra one. But those who asked, they were given. Fled in the rooms on demand. We had the best hotel guide from Anex tour - Misha (Ahmed). He suggested all the points, told what is included in all inclusive. And could solve any questions and problems!!!
The food was varied. My child is very picky about food, but he could find something to his taste. Sweets were not sweet enough))) but everything is ok! Cocktails at the bars are very alcoholic. If you are not a fan, you need to warn. On the beach, the animation works perfectly, the beach is clean, there are more than enough sun loungers, but the sea was cool, although 21 degrees.

Children's animation is good, every evening at 20:00 a children's disco - the little one really liked it. The overall impression is very good, although we are the first time in Egypt and there is nothing special to compare, but I recommend the hotel !! !
