We rested with a large friendly family - my husband and I and three children (25.8. 3 years old) We bought a ticket in advance at the beginning of November, we ordered two rooms so that they would be nearby. When we arrived, and it was 3 am on December 31 (due to the fault of the Kyiv airport), we were placed very quickly in rooms such as we ordered, and where light snacks were waiting for us. No one was paid for the settlement, a maximum tip for luggage. We lived in the ninth building, the third floor at the end, two rooms in one box. Of course, not 5 * but 4 * definitely there. (I recently rested in Ukraine in a sanatorium with a child and took a suite, so it is minus three stars). The food was excellent - neither we nor the children were hungry. To avoid stomach problems, you should not overeat. On the first day, we overate, and then we began to put food on small plates. We were at a New Year's dinner in a tent - everyone had a bag with entertaining souvenirs on a chair (caps, rattles, carnival masks), there was a sea of food.
As for the beach, everything is fine too. The beach was cleaned every day and more than once a day. Every morning it is looted and all the sunbeds are put in their places. There are corals, but they are small.
There were a lot of people in the hotel, but no one was pushing and we did not observe queues anywhere. We also did not pay much attention to the animation (we had no time with the children).

Our tour operator at the hotel was Anex Tour, but we did not contact them, but used the services of Mostrevel (cheaper).
My daughter had a birthday on January 5th - they ordered a limousine to go to Hurghada for a walk (they have the same price for a taxi, a limousine, a Zhiguli), waited 40 minutes, as a result, they served a minibus. We were indignant, laughed, and still went. Now there is something to remember - how we rode in the Egyptian "limousine".
As for souvenirs - it is best to buy them at the airport when you leave, everything is MUCH CHEAPER.
We had money and documents in the room in the safe. We took a few small ones with us, and the main amount was in the safe.
Nobody asked us for a tip, and everyone was very attentive to us. They generally blow off dust particles from children.
We liked. The children said that next year they again want to go to the sea in winter. So we are already collecting for a vacation, and most likely in the same hotel.
