The main priorities for us were: a sandy beach, a sandy entrance to the sea, the presence of a children's menu, children's pools and an aqua park, since we have a small child (2 years old). I will say right away who is traveling with small children, be patient because the journey takes about a day, from the airport in Hurghada to the hotel it takes about an hour to go by bus, it is very difficult with kids. Upon arrival (we arrived in the evening around 20.00) we were met by the guide, introduced himself, we were put on bracelets and quickly assigned to the room, the luggage was delivered to the room without any questions, no one asked for any tips. We are in Egypt for the first time and honestly were delighted. The hotel grounds are very beautiful at night. Here, palm trees with highlights and chic pools and trees bloom with all the colors of the rainbow. The territory is well-groomed for this many thanks to the staff, they contribute to this overwork. It felt like we were living in a beautiful botanical garden. The room is ordinary, normal, with air conditioning. Pleasantly surprised with a personal kettle in the room and sticks of tea, coffee, sugar. Soap, body lotion and shower gel were replenished daily. As for the cleaning in the room, I’ll say right away that I’m not an auditor on a working visit, so I won’t find fault. We arrived after all to rest, and not to pounce on the staff, they say, they clean it badly. But if you have high requirements for cleanliness, I'm afraid you may be slightly disappointed. And everything suited us. I also liked the kitchen, the food is delicious, it looks just as appetizing. Lots of sweets and fruits. The restaurant is air conditioned. In addition to the main restaurant, it is possible to visit the Italian and Oriental restaurants once for free. Were in the east - everything is normal. The water park works by the hour, it was enough for us, we dashed off to the dumps. The beach is sandy, clean, the sea too. We often saw fish at the very entrance to the sea. If you know how to swim - be sure to take a mask and fins, you have seen a turtle and beautiful fish. Do not believe that they are not there, everything is there. On the beach there is a bar with cool drinks is also very handy. We had enough sun beds, about towels. . . card system. This is not very convenient, often the towels are "lost" and the fine is 20 euros. But we didn't have any problems with that. Be on the lookout and do not rob))) From 16 to 17 on the beach free ice cream, four flavors. Every evening there was animation, but we skipped it, because the child had to be put to bed. And they visited children's animation, it was monotonous, but my son liked it. Special thanks for the tour "Voyage". This is the most unforgettable day of rest. Whoever wants to plunge into the delights of the underwater world, I recommend it to everyone, I won’t tell for a long time - you need to see it with your own eyes, you can’t convey it with any photographs. As for the cons. Yes, the water in the children's pool is cold, but the sea was also not very warm. We fell into the period of winds and only two days were windless. Vendors on site are really very intrusive. In general, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The result is this - we liked the rest, I recommend it.
