We are in the hotel with our daughter for the third day. The first one is defective, because the flight was inconveniently selected, and it was completely spoiled upon check-in. . . After a night move from Belarus to Kyiv, a long wait at the airport and a flight, I really wanted to take a shower and go to bed. . . Did not work out. They settled us long and hard. Initially, the room turned out to be small, cramped, stuffy, smelly, there was sand on the floor, the light worked only in the bathroom. . . shorter tin. . . I had to return with things to the reception. . . Naturally, they did not want to relocate us anywhere. . . They said that free rooms will be only tomorrow. As a result, the issue was resolved after I said that my daughter and I would stay overnight in the lobby. The room was overlooking the pool, spacious, clean, with a balcony, and most importantly, no extra charge. The hotel was chosen based on reviews, I wanted a sandy beach and a well-groomed beautiful area. This is what we got and we're happy with it! Very beautiful, well-groomed and green area in the middle of the desert! Special thanks to the staff for this! In terms of food, I'm not a picky person, but there really is nothing in this hotel !! ! Reading the reviews I thought people were exaggerating. . . but no! The food for 5* is terrible!! ! There are practically no fruits, meat and fish too. . . In the evening they grill meat and fish, but they put it on a plate with a look as if you are tearing the last piece out of their mouth! And if you asked for another portion - kapets. . . you are the enemy. . . thrown on a plate, begin to mutter and resent. . . It seems to me that if you turn away at this moment, they will spit on your plate without a twinge of conscience. . . It is also very strange that we pay absolutely the same money as the representatives of the European Union, but they are “licked” by the service, and they don’t even look in our direction. . . There are practically no free sun loungers on the beach. . . But this is not a problem for us, my daughter and I get up early, so we have enough! In general, apart from a good sandy beach with straw umbrellas, a well-groomed territory and a normal room that has been through hard work, we have not seen anything positive so far. But still rest ahead, I hope impressions will change!! !
