I also advise you to buy a local SIM card at the airport, the Internet is very weak in the lobby, and connecting to the room will be more expensive, especially if you travel outside the hotel, the SIM card will come in handy. True, there is a desert around the hotel and several other hotels, but there is one plus that it is closer to Luxor, who cares, we decided to take advantage of the situation and also visited Utopia Island with diving to compensate for the lack of corals in the hotel.
