And now, in order: the territory of the hotel is large and beautiful, all this is looked after, watered, cared for, there is a solid 5+. The rooms are quite spacious and the furniture is in good condition. In terms of cleaning, well, here we probably had no luck with the cleaner constantly doing something. Either he will take an ashtray full from the terrace and put it in the room, then he will make the bed in such a way that he has to make it up in the middle of the night. Although he reacted normally to my request to change the blanket and immediately changed it, but in principle he changed the beds and towels, washed the floor, and put things in order in the bathroom. I must say right away that shower gels and shampoos are in the bathroom, as in Turkey they don’t hang on the wall in large quantities, there are small bottles with not the best quality of shampoo and gel, so my advice to you is to throw into your suitcase what you use at home. Although. when we ran out of gel and shampoo, I told the cleaner he put in a new one. As for living on which floor: having read that all Russians are accommodated on the first floor, and there they put a denyushka very badly at the reception. I was asked what kind of room I want, I said with a view of the pool. They answered that all the rooms are occupied for the pool, there is for the garden, forgetting to ask about the floor, I agreed. When they brought me to the room, after listening to my husband, I normally agreed here and never regretted it during the rest. Near the pool I will not say that it is very noisy, but there is still some movement. The garden is quiet and calm, cool (our room was not on the sunny side) and this is a huge plus. The fact that everything is visible in the rooms on the first floor is not so, there are two types of tulle - dense and thin. In the evening you push the tight one (it is even denser than the blinds) and no one sees you. The air conditioning works, but we didn't even turn it on. The fridge in the room does not freeze, but cools, for water it is quite normal. The location of the buildings in relation to the sea and the central restaurant: if someone is closer to the sea a little further to the restaurant and vice versa (then it’s a three to five minute walk). I think it won't hurt.
Nutrition: well, this is a separate issue, as for me it is absolutely normal. Neither my husband nor my child had any disorders, vomiting.
I will say right away that you will not see any delicacies here (balyks, salami, caviar, seafood), we all eat at home. Although with seafood, I always did not understand why in a country where fish, crabs, shrimp are teeming in the sea, but this is not on the tables or for bad money. Crabs were given once, but there was nothing there, empty claws, and I didn’t want to climb into the shell. Vegetables for every taste, steamed, fresh. My advice is not to take salads that are mixed with something that you don’t understand, everything can be taken separately, olive oil is everywhere and you yourself interfere with whatever you want, there will definitely be no stomach problems. There is always rice, potatoes in several versions, pasta, pasta. There is also a children's menu (porridge, etc. ).

There is meat, there are few variations, but everything is edible. basically it is either with vegetables, stewed in pieces, cut in portions, also stewed. Chickens fried or with vegetables, lamb stew, fried. Fruits: bananas, apples, melons, pomegranates, grapes and local dates, etc. Muffin is awesome, sweet for an amateur, but there is a lot of it. Pancakes, muesli, coffee, cocoa, fanta, cola, sprite. I don’t describe all the dishes there enough, you definitely won’t be hungry. And of course, when entering a restaurant, we turn on our heads and don’t eat everything, I hope you won’t have any complaints about food. And about the staff, someone is not happy that they didn’t serve him, I didn’t need to be over my soul, and I’ll take water or wine myself. They cleaned well, if you come in, they quickly clean the vacant table and invite you. I didn't see the lines.
The sea is very good, especially those with children. Sunset in the sea is also class, transparent warm. There is a breeze on the beach, but it is not big, with it, it’s even better to sunbathe. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, but the sunbeds are occupied by the sea itself, by our compatriots (probably occupy at night))) Near the pools, sunbeds are free at any time. The water in the children's pool is cool, in the first days it bothered me, I was afraid that my child would get sick. But then I thought, the higher the temperature in the water, the more infections there are. For very small ones, I think it's better in the sea. Towels that are issued for the sea certainly would not hurt to update. But there are enough new ones, when I took it with a smile, I asked that I want “beautiful ones” and they also gave new towels with a smile without any problems. And in general, about the entire staff, I will say the way you treat them, and they will treat you.
I did not notice any harassment, they go and offer all sorts of excursions, spa treatments. If you tell them that you do not need it, they immediately leave. Everyone speaks Russian! Very good guys guides from Turtess, they will tell you everything, they will help. It is better to take excursions from them, they cost $ 5-10 more, but everything is clear and well-organized there. And in the light of recent events with accidents, it’s definitely not worth the risk. The guys will tell you where to go and where not without any imposition. My husband went to Luxor, he really liked it and not so far away, the driver drove the bus calmly.

And finally, we had a nuisance on vacation, but it was not connected with the Arabs, but it’s not a shame with our staff working at the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I asked whom I should contact about my child's birthday (I needed a small cake, where to put the candles I brought them with me), I was sent to her. Having learned that we are from Kyiv, literally: we are fellow countrymen, everything will be fine, we will do everything. In a conversation, she is really inattentive, she looks like someone here wrote through you. Seeing that they are not listening to you, you begin to repeat the key points of the conversation, she begins to get angry. We agreed that I would bring candles to her (whoever has a birthday cake is brought from 1 candle), I wanted there to be 10 candles (10 years old child). In the evening at dinner, we talked in a restaurant with a kitchen and realized that no one had warned them about anything. But with a smile they said that they would figure it out a little later (there were a lot of people and they were running like crazy), they would take out the cake. Seeing all this, my husband and I did not understand why we were tied to the restaurant, we asked to bring the cake to the room. They gladly agreed. After nine, I started calling the reception saying that the child would soon be sleeping and I didn’t need three-tiered cakes, telling about what we agreed with Elena. Apologizing, they said that the cake would be in 5 minutes. And indeed, after 5 minutes, the cake was in the room and, as you can imagine, without my candles. To hell with those candles, is it really that hard to do as she said her job. I scolded myself, why did I even give them to her? In the morning I was going to go to her and tell her “how much roofing material is in Odessa”, but I decided not to spoil my nerves and vacation.
