We rested at the beginning of August 2019, we are in this hotel for the second time, and for the first time we came here in May 2018. We chose this particular hotel because we have small children and we don’t need to experiment with entering the sea and the beach, and the price suited us. We arrived in the evening around 21:30 local time. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately put on bracelets and invited to dinner, after which we were assigned to our rooms.
We got housing in new buildings very close to the sea, but far from the main restaurant and reception. This time there was no kettle in the rooms, as last year, the guide promised to provide our request, but to no avail. The electronic key constantly jammed, we suffered a lot with it, and on the third day the lock broke down altogether and we went to the reception three times and could not get the master to come until evening. After my third appeal to the guide (already with obvious dissatisfaction), the master finally appeared, fixed the lock, but the key still jammed from time to time. We left the balcony door open, just in case, but the cleaners at lunchtime always locked it with a hook.
The hotel area is very beautiful, a lot of flowering trees and other plants, the sea is beautiful. We were told that there is a reef nearby, but I won’t say because I didn’t swim there. The beach is sandy, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, the entry into the sea is also sandy. An ideal place to stay with small children. Want to go deep? It starts somewhere in 20-25 meters from the entrance to the sea. Ice cream by the hour (every day was different) and three water slides. I felt uncomfortable on the slides (mostly children ride), although children's slides are also present. By the way, the pool is shallow for such slides, you can hit everything on the bottom. Yes, and without slides in this hotel you can do. The water is chlorinated, smelly compared to the sea in general, the earth and sky.

I also liked the food, yes, there is monotony, but it’s not realistic to try everything that is in the restaurant in seven days. A variety of fruits were served: watermelons, melons, plums, apples, figs and much more. There were also seafood mainly for dinner, but not always. Also meat: chicken, beef. I liked everything about food, beware of overeating))).
We took an excursion from the annex tour (7 in one), we also liked it, however, the reef to which they carry is old and not beautiful, for a person who cannot swim himself (to independently examine the reef from all sides), I do not recommend this trip. Diving, riding on a tablet, banana, seafood lunch on the yacht - I liked it. We were also taken on a sightseeing tour. It included a visit to the mosque (women need to wear a veil to enter), shopping, panoramic views of the sea, you can take beautiful photos. I liked this tour too.
About the animation in the hotel. On an adult were 1 time. We were shown an acrobatic show. Children's animation is monotonous, but it's funny for children, they will jump, dance. There are also many shops on the territory, you can bargain and buy souvenirs, perfumes, silver, gold, a bag, clothes and much more. A lot of annoying sellers - that's annoying. In general, if you choose this hotel, you can safely go and not be afraid. Recommend!
