05/16/11. We traveled in a 4-rum, with one cub 4 years old. The room was chic, for superior family room. 2 rooms, with 2 bathrooms and toilets. There is nothing more luxurious in the hotel. Is it a beach a la Anapa. Sand, almost no corals. The food is as usual in Egypt. Regarding the attitude towards Russians, perhaps this is the first hotel in which I did not notice a difference in the attitude between Germans and Russians on the part of the staff. As for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, I’ll say this, it’s okay to eat anything and nothing will happen to your gastrointestinal tract. There were shrimp, yes, crabs... but we didn’t eat them, because the ambre came from them.......fi. And there is practically nothing in them. They didn’t give a penny for moving in, and frankly, having experience of traveling to Egypt, I don’t see the point in investing 10-20 dollars in a passport. Yes, another minus, cleaning in the rooms to hell. Until the worker was poked with his nose, he never washed the floor. You go into the room - like on the beach... sand everywhere. About cockroaches - well, there was one... because we lived on the second floor. Three times more than our Russian. And on the first floors, people were stood, ran into them, and ants after etching was decently... Baaaaaaaahaal, such)). Regarding refrigerators that do not cool, they don’t cool anyone, they shouldn’t cool, they have a different task - not to heat!
The animators are unobtrusive, for which they are very merciful. Evening program is standard. Once even wrapped in a disco - no one, but it works, and very decent. The nursery is almost all in German, but the kids were delighted.
As for a la carte restaurants. So here is the main canteen rulezzz. We went into one, then the other... there was nothing in Italian, and not a word in Russian in Arabic... in the barbecue the food was even more disgusting, salty, spicy... We caught up again in the canteen.

And, most importantly: the first time in Egypt met with mosquitoes. Those. we didn't see them as such, but GHRALIII. Especially a child. So take repellents.
Never had sunbeds on the beach or by the pools. You can come at 10 or 11 in the morning - there will always be. Towels are different, both new and old. Of course, the sunbeds are not from scratch, but they can even withstand half a ton of German aunts.

There was an unpleasant incident with the seller of excursions on the beach. Foolishly... really foolishly took two excursions there and only upon arrival at the room found out that they are cheaper at Mostrevel, and discounts are also provided. Moreover, we were let down once with a transfer. Those. we came to the reception ready to go with the child to admire the dolphins, and they tell us that the bus is not reserved for you... we rioted, but we were asked to reschedule the excursion to another day, which turned out to be the day of our departure. And therefore we were uncomfortable. We refused and demanded a refund. So these DEVILS: ZIDAN and another one with him... I don’t remember, but for sure some kind of Mohammed. at first they assured us that the money would be returned just about, then they stupidly ignored us, and in the end they just started running away from us. To do nothing, we went to our guide. God bless him. In 30 minutes our money was with us. And the guide said that the beach sellers of excursions do not have the right to approach Russian tourists. So be careful. And then these bastards will fit into the soul, and the child will like it, and the service, and what is there to hide, they have no conscience at all.
Also, beach towels are stolen. And along the way, this guarantee is mutual, because no one wants to part with their hard-earned 25 dollars, and accordingly they go and take someone else's. So my advice is don't leave.
