We were in this hotel from 7 to 14 January 2012. Tour operator Mostreval. Kolavia Airlines, in general, there are no complaints, only to the plane - a very small distance between the seats, it is not very comfortable to sit, especially if the seat in front is reclined. The flight was there early in the morning and back too, all without delay.
1. TOUR OPERATOR: as already mentioned, our operator was Mostrevl. Meeting and escort at the highest level, met at the airport, showed everything, explained. The bus is good. Russian-speaking guide Ali worked perfectly!! ! The hotel would always be ready to help, to tell everything. When flying back, the Mostreval guide also skipped the check-in queue (we were with a child, the flight was early, the child was sleeping in her arms) helped fill out the forms, many thanks to him.
2. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at about 9 o'clock, put on the bracelets immediately. They didn’t give money at the reception, so they gave the room for about 2 hours, but it didn’t bother us, because we immediately went for breakfast and a tour of the territory, the time flew by. (put light clothes and shoes closer, you can even change into a swimsuit and go to the sea-pool while waiting for your room)

3. ROOM: we were given the 5th building, 2nd floor overlooking the pool. This building is further from the sea and closer to the restaurant and reception, it seemed to us the most convenient, because in the morning it was close to go to breakfast, and then the whole day at the sea and the room just before dinner went. The room is large, the furniture is good (not broken), the TV is flat, there are Russian channels, individual air conditioning, all plumbing worked properly, the shower seemed a little uncomfortable - the watering can was screwed to the wall and it was problematic to wash without getting your head wet, but then they got used to it, and even there is a shower cap. The water pressure is always normal, there were no interruptions in water supply either. They cleaned the room, changed towels and linen daily (the tip was left only once), washed the floors and wiped the dust. The linen is white, not washed. The refrigerator, also known as the mini-bar, worked properly, but was not replenished, only there was water upon arrival, then it was necessary to fill it with water in coolers, a little strange for a 5-star hotel with an all-inclusive system
4. FOOD: on the territory of one main restaurant, fish (for a fee), Italian, barbecue (once per check-in, we didn’t go, I can’t say anything), a restaurant on the beach, three bars, plus a lobby bar. The food also did not cause any complaints, even the child did not have stomach problems. The menu is varied, no one will go hungry, the choice is simply huge!! ! Only for children every day rice porridge and breakfast cereals. We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, we dined only on the beach. A day later for dinner in Ch. the restaurant had a themed dinner - a marine theme (a lot of fish and sea products), Egyptian - all the waiters dressed themed costumes, various figures at the entrance - "mummy", sphinxes, etc. , an African theme - there was a lot of meat and waiters in skirts from " washcloths")))) Alcoholic drinks are all local, of normal quality, beer is not diluted. During the day you can have a snack in the bar - french fries, hamburgers, hot dogs. From 3 to 5 ice cream of 4 types - delicious!!!
5. SERVICE STAFF: at the very least they all speak Russian, everyone is very friendly, sociable, but unobtrusive. Attentive to everyone, especially to children. And in general - as you are to people, so they are to you! If you once again smile at the waiter, then you will be poured normally and served well without any tips. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient, dirty plates were removed instantly.
6. BEACH, SEA, WEATHER: the beach is simply magnificent, clean, sandy, good especially for children. There are a lot of sunbeds, enough for everyone, even if you come at 11 o’clock you can find a place, beach fights will help you put the sunbed in a more convenient place. The sea is also clean, the entrance to the sea is convenient, sandy, it is also good for children. There were few corals and then only behind the buoys, respectively, there were few fish. The weather is like always in January in Egypt, sunny, a little windy, cool after sunset. On the beach, a lot of "molested" offer excursions, spas, massages, braids, tattoos.

7. ANIMATION, ENTERTAINMENT: the hotel is more suitable for pensioners and with children (most of them are like that) if you want active entertainment day and night, then you better not come here, it will probably be boring. There is animation on the beach, there is always music, exercises, dancing, volleyball, some other games. There are clubs for children, a children's disco in the evening, then an adult one. There is also a mini water park - three large slides and two for children. The pool also had animation, aqua aerobics.
What else can be said about the hotel... The territory is large, beautiful, very well-groomed, many flowers, it is a pleasure to walk in the evening. There are several shops, a pharmacy, the Internet is paid, you can rent a modem from the guides.
