We were in this hotel from 8th to 17th January 2013, for the second time. As in that year tour operator Tui. Airlines Kolavia. After her fusion with Tui, improvements are noticeable.
1. TOUR OPERATOR: in general, there are no complaints about Tui's company. Only separately to the hotel guide Hasan!!! ! It seems that the guide is separate, the hotel is separate, vacationers are on their own! If you do not buy excursions from him, the tourist ceases to exist for him. In general, an unpleasant, not responsive type. He left negative impressions about himself, especially in comparison with last year's guide Ali. But it didn't spoil our holiday!
2. Check-in: the flight was in the morning, we arrived at the hotel early. Rooms received as expected - after 14 hours. Since we booked two rooms, we wanted to get next door. And so it happened))) We lived in the same building, on the same floor. Since we were in this hotel for the second time, we received red bracelets, which give some advantages)))

3. ROOMS: that year they lived in the 5th building, this year - in the 4th. What we are very happy about))) We, as vip clients, were pleased with a fruit basket in the room. Since last time, the situation of the rooms has not changed: it was clean, spacious, everything worked. There are no complaints.
4. NUTRITION: has not deteriorated since last year. We had enough, varied, we did not experience problems with stomachs. That year they did not visit a la carte restaurants, in the same year they visited East and Italian restaurants twice. All liked it.
5. SERVICE STAFF: waiters and bartenders are always kind, they work smartly))) There are no complaints about the work of the cleaner, he even twisted towels beautifully sometimes)))
6. BEACH, SEA, WEATHER: the beach is unchanged - GORGEOUS!!! ! the sea is GORGEOUS!! ! There were no problems with free sunbeds either. But the weather in the first days was worse - windy. But it didn't spoil the holiday. And bought and got sunburned)))
While at the hotel, we "happened" a birthday))) We didn't warn anyone in advance, but we still received congratulations and a birthday cake, which, of course, we were pleasantly surprised and happy about!!!
Separately, I would like to note the attention and care of the girl Alena, who works at the hotel at the reception, with whom we wrote off before the trip and she kindly answered our questions. Thanks her.
