We rested at the hotel from 12/08/12 to 12/15/12 with two children -3.5 and 7 years old, I liked EVERYTHING.
Were in the "off season", vacationers - half of the hotel, so some of the buildings (the second line, those that look at the construction site) do not populate at all, there are free sunbeds everywhere (both near the pools and on the beach), there is no crowd in restaurants. The cost of the tours was low, many vacationers came at all at promotional prices, so the contingent was motley: no more than a third of Europeans, more than half were Russians who bought cheap tours. Draw your own conclusions. But the hotel itself and the staff is not imputed as a minus.
The Red Sea, as always, is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, however, when there is something to compare with, then here there is not the greatest variety and you need to sail a little away from the home beach. The beach itself is ideal for relaxing with kids: for the first time in Egypt, we got to a really sandy beach, where children do not need coral slippers even in the water.

Very spacious rooms (No. 10011): we had a double bed and two beds for children, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a dressing table - there was still enough space even for two restless kids.
Cleaning was daily and surprisingly thorough. Left 1-2 dollars. tips, so swans were always laid out on the bed or roses or hibiscus flowers were laid out. On the second day of rest, the husband caught the cleaning process, talked to the cleaner and, having learned that he had small children, without a second thought gave them a chocolate bar. After that, the janitor tripled his efforts and started leaving bottles of water for free.
Linen changed 2 times. Towels - every day. In the bathroom, bottles with cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel and body milk) were replenished regularly. There is a hair dryer. Hot water is always hot.
There are NO insects in the room. I am writing about this especially, since the only doubt when choosing a hotel was the read reviews about the living creatures.
The territory of the Carribean is large, clean, very green and well-groomed. Gardeners are constantly swarming in flowerbeds, lawns and around trees. Reconstruction is underway in several buildings, but this does not affect the quality of rest in any way.
On the territory there are half a dozen shops with souvenirs. Prices... depending on what to compare. At the airport and near tourist sites, it’s not cheaper, but you still need to get to the city. Therefore, they bought "tokens" at the hotel. You can and should bargain, it is advisable to just ask around for prices a couple of times - merchants voice their requests according to their mood.
Pools for every taste, but heated only one adult and one paddling pool. In the pools near the slides, the water turned out to be extremely cold in early December, so it was not possible to enjoy the water park.

Meals are standard for a standard Egyptian five: a normal assortment of vegetables, side dishes, pastries and sweets. Fruit is worse, but you won’t be left without vitamins either. Soups are surprisingly edible (very tasty crab soup, children if vegetable puree soups). In the evening, on the street, on the coals, fish, squid, meat (beef, lamb, turkey or chicken) are fried. Themed dinners are distinguished by two or three "special dishes": there were crabs on the coals, sushi, small birds on the grill (like partridges).
Juices - pineapple, orange and apple - we go under the heading "yupi", but we bought juices in packages of local production - the same disgusting. Now I don’t know whether they have such juices in general, or whether we buy so unsuccessfully.
Fresh juices are made, but with us there was no choice - only orange and only at breakfast.
Ice cream, as stated - from 15 to 17.00 in the bar: strawberry, mango, chocolate and vanilla.
Animators from Leo-Toucan - GOOD FELLOWS! The older child spent most of the time in the club and was extremely reluctant to go swimming  During the day they draw with them, arrange some kind of search games, and in the afternoon the “body painting” session begins - they paint faces for children, draw watches and dragons on their hands, then collectively go to eat ice cream . Mini disco in the evening. The playgrounds are small.
Adult animators are also actively working, but we never had the strength or time for them.
Tour operator -Turtess. The claims are standard - the obtrusiveness of hotel guides, who are interested in tourists only as buyers of excursions. The situation seemed especially unpleasant when on the day of departure the bus arrived too early (pick up at 5.20). We thought it was about timely registration of clients. But no: on the way we were taken to a candy store. The accompanying guide gave everyone discount cards and gave them 40 minutes to shop. As a result, there is no discount for tourists on cards, but the guide received his%.
We arrived at the airport less than 2 hours before departure. While all customs procedures have passed, there is little time left for duty free. I really didn’t have enough, so I describe my “fe” in relation to local representatives of the tour operator in such a lengthy way.
