I have "superior room" in my voucher. Can you please tell me where the "superior room" is located in this hotel - in a large building, or in a chalet or bungalows? Where should I be placed without money on a voucher? In a big box? And is it worth paying money and asking to be moved to a chalet or bungalow? Where are the best hotel rooms, closer to the sea and with a balcony?
