We always travel with our dog and never had any problems, but not at this hotel. It was stated at the time of booking that pets were allowed. Upon check-in, they handed over a document for signature, which states that it is FORBIDDEN to stay with a dog on the territory of the hotel. Such a surprise. I understand that you can’t go to a restaurant, but I really wanted to sit in a bar in the evening, if you leave your pet in the room and he suddenly starts whining, then you get a fine of 100 euros. In general, what is written on the hotel's website is ALLOWED WITH ANIMALS, this is not true information. They tried through TUI, and through it a ticket was purchased, to move us to another hotel, where they are more friendly to animals, but unfortunately they did not help us. Thanks to the hotel management, the holiday was partially ruined. If the site had full information regarding animals, we would not have booked it, because we always have a rest with a pet and would like to get rest and not stress.
The rest of the hotel is not bad, delicious food and a good SPA complex.
By the way, dogs are also prohibited on the beaches, and for this you will also receive a fine. The police frequently patrol the beaches.
