In general, what is written on the hotel's website is ALLOWED WITH ANIMALS, this is not true information. They tried through TUI, and through it a ticket was purchased, to move us to another hotel, where they are more friendly to animals, but unfortunately they did not help us. Thanks to the hotel management, the holiday was partially ruined. If the site had full information regarding animals, we would not have booked it, because we always have a rest with a pet and would like to get rest and not stress.
The rest of the hotel is not bad, delicious food and a good SPA complex.
