The description on the site and on the booking sites is true, with the amendment that it is far from the beach, about one kilometer. Free shuttle to the beach twice in the morning with return in the afternoon. The bus leaves on the same side (from that stop) to which they brought in the morning.
Settlement
There are two signs on the reception desk, one for check-in and one for check-out. Everything happens without problems.
Eviction.
After check-out, things can be left in the storage room. It is also possible to take a shower and change clothes.

Welcome drink and fruits in the room.
Clean, cozy, comfortable.
Kettle, hairdryer, TV, shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, tea-coffee-water (added every day). Safe is paid.
Cleaning daily. Didn't notice a change of linen, towels are changed daily.
An insignificant minus - there is no bidet, the ventilation in the toilet is bad.

The nearest shop 5-7 minutes walk - the center of trade San Augustino. Bus stop in front of the center. Without crossing the road stop for a trip to the beach, Maspalomas, Palmitos Park. Cross the road buses to the airport and Las Palmas (bus tickets).
The hotel left a very pleasant impression and I recommend this hotel!
