Well, for objectivity - the ocean is gorgeous, so this is not the merit of the hotel. If you go to GRAND Canaria - Taurito Bay is good, but only a different hotel.

This is something with something... The time difference with Gran Canaria is 4 hours. Arrived in Las Palmas at 6 am local time. We were at the hotel at 9 am, and check-in was only at 3 pm. But you can eat and your suitcases were put in a special room. Until 14 o'clock they walked, after a sleepless night it is hard, especially for children. In the evening there was a gala dinner, but the fun and parties were no longer enough for us... All the hotels in our "gorge" (the place is called Taurito) are like swallows' nests, attached to the rocks. All windows overlooking the ocean (what sunsets are there....). The sun does not come to our slope of the rock until noon, if there is no sun, then it is cool (~ 15°С), and when it comes, it is hot, +27°С. The hotel consists of 4 residential tiers, each tier has 4 floors. Everywhere there are elevators, and you can walk to shake the "all inclusive". Our room was the most budget option like "promo rum", on the 1st floor of the 4th tier. Separate bath, separate shower, small kitchenette with a full set of dishes, refrigerator, old TV, safe for a fee (2 euros per day), entrance through the balcony, there is no other door, there is a door to the next room. Hairdryer and a minimum of shampoo and soap. Beach towels in the room, replacement for money at the reception. All rooms overlook the bay. We sit high, we look far. Here it is the beach, and go along the road, not in a straight line....Long down, back up. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to Mogan. In the morning there, in the afternoon - back. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, 2 are heated, one of them is small and shallow for children. The heating is not strong, according to my feelings - up to sea temperature. Approximately 22-24°C. There are 3 levels: on the 1st there are 2 pools and sunbeds, there is no wind at all, on the 2nd only sunbeds, on the 3rd unheated pool and sunbeds. Meals: main restaurant, one floor above - lounge, from 18 to 23. The pool bar and "Izba" from 10 to 17-18 pm. We had "all inclusive" - overeating, everything is delicious, a very large assortment, you want to try everything - as a result - overeating. Drinks are also included: tea and coffee in the morning, red, rose and white wine, beer, water for lunch and dinner. Any cola - always. It's all buffet, drink and eat…. You can get something better for a fee. There are a lot of waiters, they bring and clean quickly - everything is wonderful! Internet and WI-FI are paid. In the evenings, all sorts of discos and performances. There was a New Year's Eve dinner - not at all impressed..... (paid more than 100 euros per person…). Excursions took an overview of the island and the type of "shopping" capital. I liked everything very much and the guide Roman too. One serpentine in the review was worth it !! ! The trip to the capital coincided with the holiday of the "3 Kings"... But we did not know that this was more important than the New Year for them....Nobody works, everything is closed: churches, mosques, museums, shops… We went to Palmitos Park ourselves, first on any one to Puerto Rico, and then on the 70th bus. We have three buses in Taurito: No. 32.33 and 001. The schedule hangs at the bus stop. I really liked Palmitos Park, tickets were taken on the spot (28.5 euros per person). A lot of animals, just a zoo, a lot of cacti, palm trees, there are birds, an aquarium, butterflies, a terrarium. The price includes 3 shows: birds of prey, dolphins and parrots. We went to the dunes ourselves, this is Maspalomas. We were waiting for the 33rd bus, but it will be faster with a change in Puerto Rico. I liked it very much, but there was a strong wind that day! Well, their nuances: nudists and even gays..... We traveled to Mogan and Puerto Rico. I would not call these places towns - only hotels and a beach promenade. Pure hotel town. That's it! ! On the last day, the rooms are released until 12, and they left at 19 pm. But they feed! We vacated the room in the morning and left for Las Palmas. In the evening they returned, had dinner and went home. Very satisfied with the holiday! All they could do was look. One thing is embarrassing: if it weren’t for the New Year, it would be 2 times cheaper, and the second: it’s no longer interesting to go there the second time!
