No, Benidorm is a modern, party resort. There are a lot of young people, "Broadways" of discos, bars, casinos... But... Everything is decent, unless, of course, you yourself are looking for problems on your own head. There is a small part of the old city, a lot of shops (though most are Chinese). The city walks all night, such an impression that it does not sleep at all. As for the hotel: very convenient location. Very central. The sea is not far away. A beach with amazing sand (which is not typical for Spain). The sea is clean, even fish swim at your feet. A little to the left along the coast is a sea with a lot of algae. And here - cleanliness! True, it's a bit noisy to sleep, but if you are not picky in this regard, then everything is fine. There is a beautiful promenade in this part of the beach. I advise you to visit the park "Terra Mitica", Gaudalest. In the water park, the slides are very cool! Horror! If you are not extreme, then there is nothing to do there.
