We rested from July 6 to 20 at the Metropol Hotel and were very sorry. This is our fourth trip to the southern countries and all the time we lived in 4 * hotels. But the Metropol does not draw on 4 stars. We were told that this is a family hotel, but the hotel does not have a pool. In the second week the weather was bad - it reached 20 degrees, and all the time there was a storm at sea. The hotel has no balconies, so the linen in the room (on the chairs) dried for two days. No refrigerator, Soviet style furniture. At first we were settled on the second floor - the windows after two meters rest against the neighboring wall. It is impossible to sleep at night. As you know, Lloret is a place of rest for young people, which means that loud speech is heard until 5 in the morning. The glass on the windows does not dampen these noises. I had to persuade the administration to move to the upper floors. Now about proximity to the sea. The entire beach is littered with numerous bodies. This did not suit us at all. For three years we have already rested in these places (the hotel "Oasis Park") and therefore we went to swim in Fenals (although we spent 40 minutes on the transition). It is quiet there and the place is not as flat as in Lloret. Such "happiness" gave us "Natalie Tours".
