At the reception, the administrator Igor said - come tomorrow morning and tell. . . We tried to turn on the air conditioner - it does not work. +37 outside. At the same time, the windows overlooked the parking lot of buses with tourists approaching the hotel - the noise with the window open is terrible. The next day, they tried to get the air conditioner fixed or the room changed. They said they would fix it but didn't know when. But today. If today they don’t fix it, then tomorrow at ten they will change the number - since today there are no free ones. In the second half of the day they caught a man with tools in the corridor - they asked for help. He fiddled around for about an hour. Then he showed on his fingers that he could not fix it and that the air conditioner needed to be changed. Second night without air conditioning. . . At ten in the morning we went to the reception and again Igor's answer was that we would not change the number. Until 15.00 the air conditioner will be repaired. To the question, and if they do not fix it, there is no answer. Asked to call the hotel manager - refusal. They demanded in a raised voice - the manager ran in and started yelling at us. It got to the point that we blocked the number with the words - we are evicting you, let the travel agent pick you up. But in the end, the air conditioner worked. But also interesting) It turns out that this hotel has two air conditioning systems. One centralized (turn on and off, in principle, when they want), the second individual - with a remote control in the room and the ability to adjust both the power of the air flow and its temperature. We had a second one. But they did the first) God bless him. Understood. But more to come. Almost a day did not work wi-fi in the whole hotel!! ! Moldy food! Yesterday's omelet! Dirty plates! One consolation - the beautiful sea! Outcome. If you have the opportunity not to go to this hotel - do not go!! ! (by the way, we didn’t want to either, but the tour operator changed the hotel for us already in Spain). . .
