We are very grateful for a comfortable flight, transfer to the hotel, care and attention from the manager, both before and during the rest. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by pleasant reception staff, who immediately settled us in the room. The room is comfortable, the repair is not bad, the furniture is in good condition, the appliances are all working. The bathroom is small, there is a set of cosmetics, there were no problems with water. Cleaned well, daily. The food is quite varied. In the morning, various cheeses, bacon, fruits, vegetables, toast, yogurt and more. Even champagne) For dinner, several types of meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, sweets, fruits. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, shops, souvenir shops, a couple of good bars and restaurants. The beach is clean, a bit rocky, but the water is clear and warm. In the pools on site, the water is clean and warm enough. In general, the hotel can be recommended for a family holiday, as there are all conditions for a comfortable pastime here and the hotel is fully consistent with the declared "star rating". I would love to come back for a vacation!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four. When settling (it was late) in the room there were towels and detergents for only two. At the reception, the administrator Igor said - come tomorrow morning and tell. . . We tried to turn on the air conditioner - it does not work. +37 outside. At the same time, the windows overlooked the parking lot of buses with tourists approaching the hotel - the noise with the window open is terrible.

In the second half of the day they caught a man with tools in the corridor - they asked for help. He fiddled around for about an hour. Then he showed on his fingers that he could not fix it and that the air conditioner needed to be changed. Second night without air conditioning. . . At ten in the morning we went to the reception and again Igor's answer was that we would not change the number. Until 15.00 the air conditioner will be repaired. To the question, and if they do not fix it, there is no answer. Asked to call the hotel manager - refusal. They demanded in a raised voice - the manager ran in and started yelling at us. It got to the point that we blocked the number with the words - we are evicting you, let the travel agent pick you up. But in the end, the air conditioner worked. But also interesting) It turns out that this hotel has two air conditioning systems. One centralized (turn on and off, in principle, when they want), the second individual - with a remote control in the room and the ability to adjust both the power of the air flow and its temperature. We had a second one. But they did the first) God bless him. Understood. But more to come. Almost a day did not work wi-fi in the whole hotel!! ! Moldy food! Yesterday's omelet! Dirty plates! One consolation - the beautiful sea! Outcome. If you have the opportunity not to go to this hotel - do not go!! ! (by the way, we didn’t want to either, but the tour operator changed the hotel for us already in Spain). . .
