This summer we decided to relax in Spain, but we dreamed about it for so long that there was absolutely no time left to choose a hotel and places in hotels. Therefore, after reading a lot of different reviews (mostly not very good) about the ESTIVAL PARK hotel, we decided to try our luck at this hotel.
We went with the operator Natalie Tours. We were two families of three, that is six.
The morning began with the fact that the representative of Natalie Tours at the airport began to demand 144 euros from us, citing some kind of statement in which he allegedly wrote our debt.
Vouchers did not give until the last we almost missed the plane.

Now about the hotel. The hotel consists of three buildings, each with its own restaurant and swimming pool. According to the rules of the hotel, everyone should eat in their own building. We arrived with two families and with one voucher for all six, but we were settled in different buildings and it turned out that we had to eat in different restaurants, what was the point of traveling together. To all our requests to correct this situation, all the Russian-speaking staff simply rudely answered that it was impossible and they did not have numbers. And many who came with a group had such problems. There was a problem with the Russian-speaking staff, they always speak in a boorish tone, I got the impression that they have such a local boorish dialect. They do not solve any problem, they pretend not to hear.
The rooms themselves are of two types, one-room and two-level (like a balcony inside the room and there is a double bed). Two-tier is terrible. The walls are painted with oil paint in blue, yellow and green. The ceiling is dark orange, the furniture looks like a child, but also terrible. A two-level bed, one leaves the other and then there is no passage to the toilet. The room is poorly cleaned, the pillows are glued to the bed with chewing gum, it can be seen that the previous tenants did their best, but no one cleaned it. The rooms are dark, many overlook the road, the balcony cannot be opened. The air conditioner is common, old, it turns on only on the wall at the 1st level, so that the cold reaches the second one, there should be a freezer on the first one, and there is a crib!! ! Plumbing is old. Noise isolation is simply non-existent. It seems that the neighbors wash in our bathroom. But the most interesting thing happens at night, a sewer pipe is sewn up in the closet of the second tier, three or four times a night it seems that a bucket of water is pouring out on you and you jump up in horror that water is pouring somewhere near the bed.
The rooms are cleaned badly and late, after dinner, so it is difficult to relax at lunchtime.
Single rooms are also old, but ordinary. There is no sea view, it is 700 meters away.
The hotel is old, but it looks like it was once built on a grand scale. The pools are not big, there are mostly a lot of children and there are not enough sunbeds. By the way, the hotel is purely family-run, young people are bored there, there is practically no animation, the evening program is not very good.
Vacationers 99 percent of the family with children.
The hotel has a small spa center, which can be used free of charge by all-inclusive guests. There are saunas, swimming pools, jacuzzis and hydromassages. Also a newer spa. entry 30 euros per day.

The all-inclusive system is beneficial to take, it includes all the food, a spa center and even some drinks in the bar for 1 euro, for example fresh orange. Beer, chips, nuts, snack, everything is included in the all inclusive and the quality is just super.
Special thanks to the restaurant, the food is very good, this is probably the only thing that can be in this hotel without any claims. In the middle of lunch and dinner, a queue forms to enter the restaurant, so it's better to come later. True, there is no children's table, I don’t know what they feed the little ones. There are no milk porridges, normal soups, too, there is only baby vegetable puree.
Beach. Public, there are a lot of people, but there is a place, but there are no toilets. There are 3 plastic cabins on 3 km of the beach, there are no queues near them, the conclusion suggests itself.
To the left of the beach are huge BASF chemical plants and a port with huge bulk carriers. There's just an industrial area around this resort. On the last day, they saw how two planes dropped something white into the sea near the barge.
The sea is quite transparent, but sometimes it brought garbage and some kind of greasy film.
The excursions are interesting, but we used the agency on the embankment, the prices there are good, the buses are super, it makes no sense to overpay at the hotel.
That's the whole story, and now you yourself decide whether to go there or not, given the presence of chemical enterprises.
