УЖАС HORROR

Relatively good location of the hotel. Small rooms. The food is varied for the first 4 days - the rest is in a circle. A couple of times for dinner we were pleased with shrimp (gastronomic weakness). The hotel is like a courtyard, the lack of security and cameras on the floors. The day before departure, the room was robbed (personnel or people from the outside are unknown) - they took out a tablet with a charger and an iPhone charger (fortunately, the phone itself, documents and money were with them). I'll tell you how it was: in the morning after breakfast, before leaving for Barcelona for sightseeing, the door was closed and a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hung up. They returned, but the room was cleaned and there were no things that I listed earlier. The reception and the hotel management did not react in any way and did not help (the receptionist Veronica and the director), they only said we are not responsible for anything, this cannot be (the phrase sounded really moronic, despite the fact that, having said this, the receptionist took and left to do her affairs, and not to delve into the essence of the problem and help), the director made a printout of who entered the room on the map - only the maid entered, but she said that they say the door was initially open and there were no signs hanging))). They didn’t even help with advice, they didn’t call the police (at what I started talking about it, there wasn’t even such an offer from the hotel), they said they should call from your phone for all questions (of course they don’t speak English when they called the police station). The guide helped with advice, said where the police were (near PortAventura) and so my wife and I went there (by bus) to write a statement (because the hotel clearly hoped that we would score and take it for granted that we were robbed), sat there for 1.5 hours ( there, by the way, a translator helped us - a nice woman) - they made a report with the inspector and left in the hope that the perpetrators would be punished, and our things were found. As soon as we arrived back at the hotel, a transfer arrived, and we drove off to our homeland.... the rest seems to have been a success, if not the latest events that smeared all the negative impressions =(
