We rested at the hotel in early July 2015. We stayed for three days to visit the Port Aventura park. We met well, there is always a Russian-speaking person at the reception. . On the second day, it turned out that the maid took a tip, but did not do the cleaning. But the next day, the cleaning was done just perfectly! By the way, not all balconies have clothes dryers, we never got it.
