Two large balconies with a mini-pool with a magical view of the ocean and a beautiful sunset. The room has everything you need: a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a safe, a bathrobe and slippers, a minibar (for a fee), but everything you need can be bought near the hotel at affordable prices in the supermarket. The Cleopatra Hotel itself is very quiet, but there are enough different entertainments around, as well as free of charge in the neighboring Mediterraneo, since they both belong to the same hotel chain. Also nearby is the Pyramid entertainment center and Hard Rock cafe with delicious burgers and good beer. We took the tour with breakfast and dinner, because we were traveling with a child and the price difference is small and we did not regret it at all. You can talk for a long time about food at the hotel and you won’t say everything. Dinners and breakfasts are accompanied by pleasant live music. A wide variety of different fresh juices and smoothies for breakfast. When we were preparing omelettes with various fillings, pancakes, toast and pastries, cheeses and sausages. A large selection of various seafood, meat and fish, soups, paella, corn and ice cream, various salads and just cold cuts, pastries and chocolate, however, you can’t count everything. A few nuances about the beach. There are always free sun beds, but the cost for the day is 5 euros for each, as well as a deposit upon check-in, which is then returned, in the amount of 15 euros. The hotel also has its own free parking. Internet is quite fast throughout the hotel and even on the beach and near the pool. At the end of the holiday, we took a trip to the Teide volcano - this was a great ending to the holiday and left a lot of additional impressions. Be sure to go, you won't regret it. It was the best vacation in the last 8 years and 8 places!

An excellent hotel where we spent magical five days. The hotel is located on line 1, on Playa de las Americas. In the morning and in the evening it was very fresh, even cool, jeans and windbreakers saved, and on excursions, warm clothes were simply necessary. During the day it is very warm, but not hot. Very good climate. There are no complaints about the staff, the only thing is that you won’t understand when they have cleaning: either they clean at 10 o’clock, then at 5. You can talk a lot about food, in a word, everything is super-tasty and varied. In terms of nutrition, it's really 5 plus. Lots of cheeses, cold cuts, jamon, yoghurts, 10 types of cereals, pastries, casseroles, lots of fruits and juices, champagne. The food is very tasty at breakfast, lunch and dinner. For those who take HB meals, they can attend either lunch or dinner.
As for the number. There are rooms with sea and pool views. We chose the deluxe pool view room. The room is located on the top floor, it is about two or more times larger than the standard one, a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On the balcony there is also a small swimming pool with constantly circulating water. The room is made in the form of a studio - all in one room. The shower cabin is made of transparent glass, so you can’t hide from your fellow traveler, there is also a large bathtub for two and two washbasins with a huge mirror. Naturally, the toilet and bidet are located separately outside the door. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Beach towels can be taken every day near the pool. There has never been a shortage of sunbeds.
As for the contingent of vacationers, people speaking Russian or Ukrainian were not noticed at all in the hotel. Mostly Germans, Scandinavians and French. There are a lot of pensioners at the resort itself. The only negative was that inside the hotel is an atrium, all the rooms are located on the sides, and the central part, up to the very last floor, is like a hall. So, over the atrium, the roof is made of glass, and when it started to rain (once), the entire hall was flooded. But this did not bring much discomfort.
The hotel is located near a good sandy beach, only at the time when we were in the ocean it was already cold to swim, so we swam in the pool. The hotel is located in a resort town and there is where to walk, many shops.
During our vacation, we went on an excursion to the volcano, to the water park (very cool now, I especially advise you to go see the dolphin show, it is included in the price of visiting the water park) and on a boat ride, look at whales and dolphins. I do not recommend taking a boat trip. Everyone is swayed, more than half are sitting with bags (already full) and no one really wants to look at anything.
All the time that we were on vacation (end of October) the weather was very good (temperature 25-30 degrees), it only rained on one day, but this did not stop us, because We went that day on a trip to the mountains.
We flew to the island via Madrid and between flights went to the city for a walk in the royal palace and in the surrounding area. We flew from the island with a transfer in Barcelona and between flights went for a walk in the city center to see the sights (Sagrada Familia). And in Madrid and Barcelona, we used the metro.
