As for food - the choice of dishes is varied, they always served seafood, whatever fruits you want. Most importantly, the food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly, in general we were very satisfied and would gladly return here again! And yes, by the way, the hotel has good animation, but mostly families, a relaxing holiday, as we wanted. Super!

The location is great - close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Quiet upscale area of the city. The hotel is good, but there are comments. The room was dusty as it was during the settlement, and remained after cleaning. Towels and bath are clean. The furniture is nice but old. We lived on the first floor, so the murmur of the sewer did not stop.

Already on the way to Spain at the airport, I read in the reviews that someone complained about cockroaches, got upset, almost got ready to go back, but there were no insects, so I want to refute this accusation of the hotel. Probably, if there is from the floor, then not only cockroaches will start up. Our room was very clean, the maids cleaned every day! We are especially pleased with the room, spacious, bright, with a balcony (our dad smokes, it was important to him). Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel! The food was very tasty and a lot, one might say for slaughter. We bought excursions from a tour operator and from private traders, the difference is small, I liked everything! Be sure to visit Siam Water Park, have an amazing time with children. Go to other islands, to the dolphinarium, to the park of eagles. In general, it seems to me that you can’t sit in a hotel on vacation, you must definitely go on all kinds of excursions, because the vacation is so short!

I really liked sunbathing on the roof, there are also 2 small pools where you can cool off, and the view is wonderful, there is an area for nudists. The nearest beach is 5-10 minutes on foot, there are big waves and dirty, if you go a little further than 20 minutes, there is a cleaner beach, and there are fewer waves, you can swim. I recommend the hotel for families, although my 17 year old daughter also liked it.

Drinks were a little disappointing, juices are all adjustable, there are no freshly squeezed ones. Pretty decent cocktails. The wine in the restaurant is all dry, they asked for sweet or semi-sweet, they didn’t understand us and again they brought dry wine))) from sweet wines - sangria, not very bad. The hotels are quiet and calm, as my 15-year-old daughter said "Paradise for pensioners", but this suited us, because we don't really like noisy companies. The island itself is magnificent, rented a car, traveled the whole island. The climate there is great! For those who can't stand the heat, that's it! I definitely advise everyone to go to water parks, we were in Siam Park and Aqualand, we really liked it! Also be sure to visit Loro Park.

By the way, other children also got sick, but not so much. The hotel is not more than 3 Egyptian stars. The service is NOT European. They are served mainly by immigrants from Poland.
