Negative: upholstered furniture of cheap price in the halls of the hotel spoils the first impression; in the room, the wardrobe doors open with great effort - very heavy; the electronic lock on the door worked every other time and eventually died on the 3rd day (repair 2 hours); breakfast is poor; the view from the window was not pleasing to the eye (you need to choose rooms overlooking the pool); parking (as elsewhere in Las Americas) is problematic; the nearest beach (there is a direct exit through the commercial center - 5 minutes) is not the best in the city (dirty), the reception is not gu-gu in Russian (for example, there are Russian speakers in Arona Grand Hotel).
Positive: the general view inside the hotel is well ennobled with green spaces; free Wi-Fi point in the lobby on the 1st floor; Dinner is excellent (you must take it), 2 euro tips provide a good tidying in the room, the staff is friendly. The animation is great.
