The reception staff greeted us hospitably and friendly, quickly settled. We took a standard room. Pretty spacious, bright and comfortable. Cleaning was daily, and at a convenient time, no one specially broke into the room, they always came to clean in our absence. Towels were changed daily, beds - every 3-4 days. The room has a standard set of furniture, appliances - TV, safe (for a fee), refrigerator (for a fee). There is a lot of storage space in the closet, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. The bathroom is small, there were no problems with water, a set of cosmetics was regularly replenished. Food - everything was enough for us, tasty, fresh products. In the morning, a choice of cereals, cereals, yogurts, eggs, fruits and vegetables, cheeses, pancakes and more. Dinners were themed daily, presented by cuisines of various countries. Seafood, meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes - just a lot, delicious. Sweets are good. Medium quality drinks. The beach is close, clean, the sand is pleasant, it is convenient to swim, the bottom is clean and gently sloping, there are practically no waves. The territory of the hotel itself is represented by a swimming pool and an area around it with sun loungers. The infrastructure around is quite developed, nearby are shops, entertainment venues, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more. Bus stop five minutes away. In terms of price-quality ratio, this hotel is quite good and I can recommend it to everyone for a holiday. I will return here with great pleasure. Thanks for the rest!

During the stay (14.08. 10-27.08. 10) in the hotel, the bulk of the holidaymakers were Italians and Spaniards, a few Englishmen. We had a family room on the ground floor.

Of course, there was no view, access to a small balcony with a lawn, like all Family rooms. Inside the room is the main room, which is separated by glass doors (wall) from the second smaller room for children. Cleaning is normal, daily with a change of towels without any tip. Change of bed linen approximately every two days. In the evening there are concerts for the general public in the hall. The pool is like a pool. We rented a car through a company in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel parking from this company was free underground. Other tourists took a car through a guide. We parked as needed on the street, in the sense of the night. There are a lot of nightlife places nearby, in the evenings it is noisy there, life is in full swing, but the hotel is quiet at the same time. To the shopping center, etc. 15 minutes walk. The hotel has a free fitness room, don't expect much, or rather nothing. There are 2 broken cardio machines (treadmill and ellipse) and a couple of strength ones. There is a spa center in which the smell of bleach corrodes the mucous membrane of the eyes. My husband's swim shorts went from navy blue to radical pink after a 10-minute soak in the spa pool. Here. . . So the questionable benefits of such a spa. Does the hotel have a laundry service. Unfortunately, there are no private launderettes nearby in Las Americas. In addition to spa and fitness, a solid "4".

The rooms are spacious, on the floor there is a laminate (large +), 2 beds + a disassembled mini-sofa. The glass doors to the bathroom made me laugh a lot (keep this in mind if you go with an adult child). The food is delicious: the breakfast is somewhat monotonous (as everywhere in Europe), but the dinner is magnificent, varied, I want to try everything : -) Not enough fruits: apples, pears, oranges, delicious local bananas, finely chopped watermelons, papaya. Every evening 4 types of ice cream. The staff in the restaurant is well-trained, no need to run around and ask to clear the table and clean appliances. The area is small but cozy. The pool deck chairs and mattresses are paid. The beach towels of the hotel are very scary, so it's easier to buy 2 towels from 6 euros in any nearby shop. Very original access to the ocean through the shopping center "Benetton" and McDonald's.

I rested with my 16-year-old son from July 17 to 24, the weeks are clearly not enough. Both were satisfied. I chose the hotel because of the SPA, but I went too far with excursions and shopping - there was not enough time. The hotel is very cozy, but the entire territory was not mastered, they did not fit the pools, they were more interested in the ocean and the surrounding area.
