I (girl 22 years old) and my girlfriend (23 years old) rested in this hotel from 3 to 27 November. The weather was good. We took many excursions. In general, the stay is good, if you are not in the hotel. 1. This is really a boarding house for the elderly. There is nothing for young people to do. 2. The staff is absolutely parallel to the rest. They never ask how you are doing and if everything is fine. 3. Housekeeping is terrible. They don't even look at the dishes in the sink. Okay, let's do it ourselves. As for the floor. Washed it 2 times in 2 weeks. Towels were changed 3 times. The bed, if you somehow make it yourself, will not be touched either. 4. Balconies are open. Almost direct contact with neighbors (pensioners). The music on the laptop interfered already at 20.00. What were the complaints, etc. 5. As for the thefts in the hotel. I have read reviews that this happens. We took the safe for all 2 weeks. We paid around 40 euros. I think it's not that expensive. I advise you to take it, because to avoid material losses. 6. there is animation in the hotel. There is a schedule for every evening hanging on the stand, but we were not interested in this, because the program is for pensioners. 7. The area where the hotel is located is pleasant. Close to the ocean, close to many shops, restaurants and eateries. Advice for young people to relax in the Canary Islands with a large company, so that it would not be scary to walk near the ocean in the evening, skip a glass of wine outside the hotel.
