All information was provided on time. The hotel has pleasant, helpful staff, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Settlement is fast. We were given a studio room with a sea view. The room is small but in a convenient location. From the furniture there are two beds, a sofa, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, stove, kettle). TV, safe, hair dryer. There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, but it is quite enough. Bathroom with good fixtures. On the balcony there is plastic furniture. Cleanliness is good, sheets and towels are changed on time. Breakfast is standard but varied enough. There are fried eggs with bacon, and muesli, yogurt, fruits, salads, cheese, sausages, toast, pastries. Dinners are interesting, themed. A fairly large assortment of side dishes, meat, sweets, vegetables and fruits. The waiters are good service, tables and dishes are clean. The location of the hotel is very good. Around the mass of shops and restaurants, there is where to walk during the day and have a good time in the evening. Near the hotel there are two fairly comfortable beaches for swimming. The majority of tourists are families with children. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, rest with great pleasure. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their care and attention. We were very pleased with everything and plan to return here again in the future. I advise this hotel to all tourists, it is one of the best cheap hotels in Tenerife.

Good hotel with trained and polite staff. All service is top notch. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, nothing rested in the back, thank God. I missed the entertainment facilities on site a lot, but otherwise I'm happy with everything. The food was quite tasty too.

One of the advantages of Hovim Santa Maria is the presence of a kitchen area in the room. It has everything you need from cups to a gas stove and a refrigerator. Our room even had a citrus juicer and a toaster. The toaster was not useful, but the juicer was actively used. By the way, the maids do not clean the kitchen, you can read about this in the rules for using the room in the kitchen.
The rooms are quite spacious, there are enough shelves and hangers for clothes. The balcony is just super big. Audibility as in all hotels, that is, everything is audible. I do not think that this fact should be attributed to the minuses. The hotel has several swimming pools, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Half of the audience are older people, there are not many Russians. Very slow Internet, and wi-fi catches not in all rooms, besides it is quite expensive. But there is a way out - any nearest cafe is at your service.
It is better to take a room higher so that you can see the ocean. We were first settled in a room on the second floor, but we asked for a higher one - we were given a room on the 6th floor. It was a real delight!
About nutrition. We only took breakfast. These are the most common standard breakfasts: juices, coffee, tea, cereals, boiled and scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, sausages, beans, pastries (pancakes, pancakes, buns), a lot of fruit. For breakfast it's ok. Sometimes we cooked dinner in our kitchen in the room. We bought groceries at the Mercadona supermarket, a maximum of 7-10 minutes walk to it. There is a schedule for every evening hanging on the stand, but we were not interested in this, because the program is for pensioners. 7. The area where the hotel is located is pleasant. Close to the ocean, close to many shops, restaurants and eateries. Advice for young people to relax in the Canary Islands with a large company, so that it would not be scary to walk near the ocean in the evening, skip a glass of wine outside the hotel. The ocean in January is never warm, 19 degrees. You can swim, but it's still cold. In general, this is a holiday for those who are looking for tranquility. There are no noisy discos here, only pensioners over 65 and country and Elvis music. The way out is to go with your big company.

The weather is amazing, the ocean is simply magical, the black sand is gorgeous, the beaches are clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Shopping in Santa Cruz is good. Would like to come back but would have looked at a different hotel. The Teide volcano is so energizing, we would like to visit it again.
