We lived on the 5th floor, we didn’t hear the music from the bar, there were no roosters either. The staff is very friendly and caring, the room is cleaned daily, towels are also changed. Ate in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner), everything was very tasty and varied. But drinks only in the morning (coffee, juices). In the evening, drinks are paid - coffee, no tea, juice 1.5 euros, wine 2 euros a glass. Wi-Fi is paid, which is very inconvenient. Free only in the bar in the evenings. The hotel is located on a hill. The sea is far away, 30 minutes, but there is a free bus from the hotel every hour, except Sunday. Drives to the supermarket. Black sand beaches, rocks, waves. The spectacle is super, but for lovers of a relaxing holiday with children in the form of "left the hotel and immediately fell like a seal on the beach, probably not suitable. " . . Excursions - were in the lolo park, the impressions are neutral, more advertising. At home, in Ukraine, the Nikolaev Zoo and Sofievsky Park in Uman are masterpieces. But I really liked Siam Park (it's a water park), especially the wave. Haven't been to the volcano. More than excursions, I was impressed by nature and the ocean, they could not stop looking. We left at 19.30, transfer. The room had to be handed over at 12.00, on the day of departure, in the morning, we discussed this issue at the reception, and since no one came to our room, we paid extra 20 euros and stayed until 19 hours. Airplane tickets also helped us to print at the reception. In general, the rest and the hotel are very satisfied. Of the small inconveniences - there was not enough Wi-Fi in the room, at least to unsubscribe home and drinks at dinner, not alcohol, but at least tea, coffee, juice.... yes, it's a long way to go. Of the huge pluses - excellent staff, very clean, huge rooms, odorless and damp, clean linen, towels, plumbing. Tips - you could ask for an electric kettle, we didn’t know, but I probably would have brought it with me. It would probably be beneficial to buy a local package for a phone, 15 euros 15 GB of Internet, local calls, but, of course, without calls to Russia and Ukraine. A taxi 4-5 euros from the hotel to the beach. But there were also funny taxi drivers who rolled circles around the city for 7-8 euros. The general impression for fellow countrymen is that you can safely go !!!!!! ! The hotel will help, you feel care, safety, attention, everything is fast, no pleasant surprises.
