I have never seen such unsanitary conditions anywhere else. In my opinion, cockroaches are regular guests of this hotel. We checked in at about 10 pm, when we turned on the light, we were just horrified, they were waist-deep there. Things were not even brought into the room, they immediately returned to the counter, and there everyone was with the same problem (change the number).

Stock up on Dichlorvos or something else immediately after booking this hotel, as you can buy a remedy for small insects on the street, and not for large mustachioed cattle.
The room (Superior) that we were given according to the voucher was on the first floor. I still didn’t understand if it was the basement or the first floor or minus the first floor, since the window overlooked the same corridor from which we entered the room.
Our requests to change the room to the same but at least one floor higher or to upgrade the category higher for a surcharge were not crowned with anything. When we are Germans settle higher, and from the former CIS all in the basement. Rudeness at the reception in my opinion is the norm in this hotel, as are cockroaches.

Now about the hotel. This aparthotel, in my opinion, fully justifies its 3 *. Cozy, clean, everything works, they clean every day, everything is changed on time, there were no complaints. There is a kitchenette in the room, the necessary set of dishes, a glass-ceramic stove. there was a little air conditioning, instead there were fans on the ceiling, but in the evening it was +23 (this is in the hottest month of August), so it was comfortable to sleep with an open balcony. At the beginning we were also put in a room facing the street, firstly all the noise it was heard from the street, and secondly, our entire room was viewed. We asked to change the room, it was accepted quite normally and kindly, we were offered different rooms until we chose what we liked, overlooking the palm alley in the hotel. There was a swimming pool, in the evenings - a children's disco and various performances near the bar, rather professional and unobtrusive Flamenco dances, magic tricks, dogs, parrots and eagles.
Meals cost 5 euros for breakfast and 9th dinner, rather monotonous and with a small assortment, in the evening all drinks are paid. In restaurants and cafes, the food is not very tasty, but quite expensive, the only thing is very large portions. on the menu), but they brought such a frying pan that five would have eaten. Most of all, we liked shopping at the Mercadona supermarket - for 30 euros we bought so many products that we could only take them away by car. For lovers of a beach holiday, the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. It takes 5 minutes to walk from our hotel to the beach. The beaches are all state-free, there were a lot of people, but there was always enough space for everyone. The water temperature was +24, it was very comfortable to swim, the bottom was sandy, everywhere along There are breakwaters on the beaches, so there were no big waves.
We rented a car to go around the whole island, it is different everywhere, but equally interesting. We went to the Teide volcano,
to Loro Park, Siam Park, Orlov Park, Monkey Park, where you can directly communicate with monkeys and lemurs and feed them. which are indicated on their advertisements. We walked along the streets of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz, participated in sales, but still did not have time to look.
