I'll start with my arrival. We arrived, and we are told that, sorry, but the room is not booked for you, we will give you a number until December 31, and after that we can’t offer anything, everything is taken. We called Izitravel, they say that everything is fine, we have booked everything. In general, after we quarreled, threatened that we would call the police in Finland, and in Ukraine we would file it with the prosecutor's office, everything was drawn. Then we noticed that there were a lot of people like us and regularly people stuck around at the reception with the same question. In general, okay, we settled in, our room was a suite, quite spacious, nice by Finnish standards, I was very pleased with the wardrobe for drying clothes and shoes, which is important in a ski resort. There are very few staff at the hotel, the service is soooooooo meeeeeeeeeoooo, the room is almost not cleaned, the bed was straightened, the garbage was taken out and that's it. For a week, they never vacuumed the room and did not change the bed, towels were changed 2 times, but out of four towels, one was changed. From bath accessories there is only soap. The restaurant constantly had to sort out the dishes, because it was dirty, the food was okay, you could find something to chew on.
About the good, for a ski holiday, the hotel is located perfectly, it is located on a slope, there is an exit directly to the ski lift. This lift is free and located on a slope for beginners, that is, if you want to learn how to ride, then you are here, you do not need to buy a ski pass. If you are already skiing, then from the top of this lift you can get to the central slopes of Levi. The hotel has a very good storage room for skis etc. You are given the keys to the locker and the ski lock. It is spacious, the lockers are large, we all fit in one with the whole family, all the lockers are equipped with ventilation, and there is no smell of "sports locker room" in the locker room. Come to the locker room in slippers, change your shoes there, take your skis and immediately go to the ski lift. Another interesting moment, if you want to get to the town, then go down on the gondola, but it works until 20.00, if you are late, then only take a detour by taxi, or walk three days through the forest, two days through the field. Taxi prices are not childish. About the resort itself, we can say that there are a lot of slopes, but half of them are often closed and there is no way to ski around the resort, that is, you ride on some hill, you want to go to another, with the help of ups and downs you can ski you won’t get there, you’ll have to take a ski bus, it’s free, it goes every 30 minutes, but there are huge crowds for it. A large long gondola lift was closed all day, but we didn’t get in that direction, we didn’t want to take a bus, so we rode on the central slopes that are near the hotel. Almost all ski lifts in the resort are rope tows, although the resort is presented as new and modern, I would like more ski lifts.
