For all the time of my stay at the hotel, I did not meet Russian-speaking people, only a Russian-speaking bartender, and at the reception everyone speaks only English and Bulgarian.

There are a lot of Germans, they constantly drink and make a lot of noise, yelling at the whole hotel, drowning out the music, which shocked me on the first evening, then I get used to it). The hotel is definitely not for families with children, only for young people!
During breakfasts, lunches and dinners, it is unrealistic to wait for the elevator, you had to go down on foot.
The food is great, I liked everything.
The room is clean, everything is new, cleaning every day. Wifi only worked on the balcony, so no point in paying for it at all.
The beach is good, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, everything is paid, but most of all I liked that there is a delivery from the bars directly to the sunbeds))
As for entertainment in Golden Sands, there are very few of them, there is an Arrogance club near the hotel, a casino, and several bars along the beach and by the pool (in Sunny Beach it is much more fun)

Cleaning was done every day, but it looked strange: they came in, washed the ashtray, changed the bedding once every 3 days, maybe they swept it, I don’t know, they took the tip and that’s it. Breakfast was quite acceptable, but absolutely the same every day (if you don’t get hung up on food) you can eat, dinner was different, many vegetable dishes, soup (borscht), potato casserole, meat (fish). Not a bad Kabakum beach, cheap sun loungers and an umbrella (for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella they paid 6 levs, which is 36 hryvnias). They were satisfied with their holidays in Bulgaria, if you don’t expect something super, the same Crimea, but cheaper and the level of service is much higher.

Queues began immediately, the waiters simply did not have time to clear the tables, if we came from the sea a little later - we sat at the table with a mountain of dirty dishes and ate what was left. The rooms were cleaned normally, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 days. Of the pluses - the hotel is well located close to the sea, to the promenade, to the water park. And it is intended most likely for students and schoolchildren who escaped to relax
