There is no resort infrastructure - the hotel stands completely apart, which is associated with the specifics of rest in this hotel. People come here to dive and look at the reef, this is the Royal Dive Club, the king is really a frequent guest in this hotel. The hotel bus runs to Aqaba strictly according to the schedule 6-7 times a day. The sea and the reef are very lively, you have to look at it, there is everything your heart desires, the main thing is to know at what time of the day which fish go hunting.
Be sure to visit Petra.
It’s not worth taking a tour, it’s better to ask the driver from the host, it takes 6-7 hours to inspect the whole of Petra, immediately agree on this with the driver.
We were in January, air +26+28, water +24 very comfortable, we swam for two hours.
The sea and the reef are the hallmark of this hotel, for hotel guests there are sun loungers, beach towels for free, for guests from other hotels for a fee. A very lively and beautiful reef, which guests from other hotels come to see. The diving king often visits the reef to dive so the hotel is clean and tidy.
Service at the hotel - for a strong 4 *, excellent service and food. Great food in the restaurant, excellent bar. We lived in a room on the 1st floor with access to the beach (to the water - 20 meters from the door), on the beach on the sidelines - a cafe with live Arabic music (in the evening), very nice and does not load. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, 2 pools (for children and deeper), there is also a separate pool for training beginner divers. Dive masters are professionals, they speak excellent English. The reception will also answer in Russian, although there are few Russian-speaking tourists there. Everything you need for diving can be rented or bought in a shop on site. From the hotel to the city center (15 km) there is a shuttle bus (1dinar) 5 or 6 times a day or you can take a taxi (as you agree - from 5 to 10 dinars. Water and air temperature in October is about + 30-35. Before that we were in February - from 20 to 30 degrees (both air and water!!! ). On major Jordanian or Muslim holidays there are (infrequently) parties quite noisy, locals come, but always a very decent family audience. And it's always quiet and calm, somehow even sleepy. In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel! We wish everyone a pleasant stay!
