I visited this hotel in March 2013. Before that, I read a lot of negative reviews, and was already driving with the appropriate mood: something must be some kind of catch. But they said that there were no rooms available.
I liked the number, a photo has already been posted here: I had this one or a similar one. Most importantly, a working fridge and kettle. There is a shower, but neither a cabin nor a bathroom is provided: you get up on the floor and wash yourself like that. The water immediately went down the drain. Naturally, the bathroom was always damp and it was impossible to dry things there. Bathrobes hung in the closet, which I did not touch, two towels were always on the shelf. The towels are not new, one of them was written with a pen RU or RW. What would that mean?
The pool at the hotel is small, a Russian girl "opened" it to me on the last day of my stay. Practically took her by the hand.
The laptop confidently caught the Jomtien network, but at the reception they told me that WI FI was not working.
The restaurant opened its doors at about 6.20. I have never seen such a poor assortment for breakfast. I took rice (if I had time, with vegetables), sliced u200bu200btomatoes and cucumbers. I never had enough cupcakes, but there were plenty of pieces of unripe pineapple. Well, there were greens too. Sometimes there was noodles, there were always small sausages and ham. On the last day, the restaurant apparently decided to give me a "compliment" from the chef: a cockroach ran up to my glass and tried to get into my "upee". You always had to get up for breakfast at the opening, otherwise the Chinese would take everything apart in a noisy crowd.
In general, a relatively normal hotel for a Thai three-ruble note. Unfortunately, the staff does not know what a left-luggage office is, there are not enough safes for everyone.
Cleaned the rooms well, did the change of linen. Only the floors were not washed under the beds even once during the whole week of my stay. They were afraid to clean up with me. Basically, guys and girls of 15-18 years old were cleaned.
In general, if you learn Chinese and do not pay attention to cockroaches in a restaurant, ants and spiders in a room, you can choose this hotel. I would recommend other hotels.
By the way, opposite the exit from the main building there is a travel agency "U Shurik". You can exchange currency there.
I did not like that you had to go to the hotel along the only street between two houses. On the second day, the faces are already familiar, everyone is inviting for massages, buying clothes. A special warm hello to the girls "Hi, Come in! Look! " They called to the clothing store.
During the day, you can easily go by tuk-tuk, but after 18:00 it's hard. Therefore, I think to take a hotel closer to the center.

3. The hotel is very far from the center! You can still go there without any problems, but returning to the hotel (especially in the evening or at night) is only with transfers or by taxi. With transfers even during the day, because the hotel is located on the very outskirts of the city and the tuk-tuk drops off about a kilometer before it, and either drops off or requires double payment...
4. The Egyptian hotel guide Aziz speaks Russian tolerably, but such a beast! many wanted to fill his face! He intimidated, in the conversation there was only one advertisement for tours, and for big money with a meager program, and only as soon as he found out that we were not going to take any excursions from him, he simply began to ignore us!

1. Unsatisfactory sanitary condition of the rooms: leaking pipes, the presence of various insects, the view from the windows either to a construction site or to a smelly street. In the event of a more or less serious accident, one can only hope for the Buddha. They provide wonderful bottled water, obviously poured in the common areas.
2. Nutrition. If you manage to get ahead of the boorish Chinese, you may get something. Food in general is 3-ku, but relatively tolerable. Not poisoned.
3. The staff and service are monstrous. Absolutely impenetrable Chinese faces of a semi-criminal persuasion, who do not care deeply about the needs of others. To this end, they pretend to be unfamiliar with any foreign languages. Although English is understood at least. There was a serious conflict with these geeks on the road. When handing over the key (plastic card), there were no complaints or questions, after 15 minutes it turned out that the key was damaged, and you had to pay 20 dollars for it. Of the 11 who arrived from our flight, only 2 couples settled in this hotel, there were not enough rooms for 7 people.

Our guide called the hotels for 30 minutes for free rooms, then 7 people loaded us into a tuk-tuk along with our luggage and sent us to the Boutique Hotel in the central part of Pattaya, promising to come back for us at 9-00 in the morning and place us in Jomtien Holiday! ! at 9-00 in the morning no one came for us, we were evicted from the Boutique, we sat at the reception and tried to get through to our guide and the hotel, after 1.5 hours the situation cleared up and a tuk tuk came for us !!!
And, fortunately, we were settled in Jomtien at about 12 noon !!! )))) There are no complaints about the rooms - everything is clean, tidy, cleaned every day and without any tips, towels were also changed daily ! ! All appliances worked - TV, air conditioning, lamps!!!
Breakfasts are quite tolerable - ordinary breakfasts in ordinary hotels 3 *))))))) Soy sausages, cheese, scrambled eggs, jams, coffee-tea, fruit!!

The location of the hotel cannot be called "the end of geography")))) Ambassador - wow - the end point)))) We got to our hotel both at night and in the morning after the clubs, in the morning like a regular tuk-tuk for 10 baht, but not at night I drove a tuk-tuk 200 meters to the hotel - I turned onto another road, we walked - it didn’t bother me at all)))))
Near the hotel there are cafes and shops, and a Russian tour agency, a massage parlor - everything is at hand !!!
The sea next to the hotel is about 100 meters, but you can’t swim here - stones, we walked along the street for another 100 meters and, please, a sandy beach - you can take sun loungers and umbrellas for 50 baht or sunbathe on towels for free !! ! The water is pretty clean when compared with the central beach in Pattaya Park (were there for comparison) !! ! But the cleanest water and white sand, of course, are on Koh Lan, we went to Tim Beach every other day (we got from the hotel to the pier by tuk-tuk in 10-15 minutes) !!!
In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel! I have already visited Pattaya for the second time in February-March and I am still planning in early May))))))

And in the corner on the carpet on the 12th day of stay, mushrooms grew, such cute mushrooms! They continued to grow, and on the 16th day we left, breathing a sigh of relief, I was only at home able to sleep peacefully

If you really want to go to Thailand for a normal price, then you can safely go to this hotel! For the money we paid for two - absolutely justified price.
