The hotel doesn't have a beach – it's a 30-meter public stretch, without sun loungers or restrooms, which is used by absolutely everyone. There are changing rooms and showers with ice-cold water. There are many beaches around with sun loungers spaced 20 cm apart, and the shoreline is narrow. Walking along the seashore is simply impossible – this isn't Izhekum. There's a promenade on a hill above the beach. The hotel itself is ancient and worn. It's time to close and undergo a thorough renovation. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are very worn. It's more convenient to stay in Building A, where the reception is (we were in #509 – they made it a bit more expensive so we wouldn't get into the attic – it's just chicken coops on the roof). Building B is in the middle of the hotel. Building C is right next to the pool (deep and chlorine-free).
The advertised liquor bar is practically nonexistent. Vegan meals are available. Only chicken for dinner is strictly portioned, but if you smile and keep coming back, you have a chance to get a filling chicken meal. Lunch is soy meat and chicken offal. If you don't show up within the first half hour of your meal, you risk being left with beans and the remains of a salad. There's only watermelon for dessert. There's an amazing grill chef who cooks pancakes and very spicy nuggets, half-beef and half-chicken. A scandal can easily arise for taking an extra pancake. This chef was often dismissed by vacationers, but he kept strict control over the portions. If you want decent tea or coffee, bring your own cups. The coffee machine and water heater only work during meal times. The water cooler is available 24/7. This menu is for those on a diet; your taste buds won't be thrilled. I chose it based on price; for September 2025, the tour was very cheap. Based on the reviews, I knew it would be a nightmare, but it turned out that living and sleeping in the hotel is fine; the rest of the time is better spent on the beach and excursions. 3 minutes to the sea.
The city center and a good public beach near Starbucks are a 10-minute walk.
In hot weather, there is always hot water.
In the off-season, there is NO hot water at all.
In cloudy weather, there is also NO hot water in the morning and evening.
The air conditioning works well.
The refrigerator in the room also works.
The balcony door muffles the noise from the pool.
The rooms in the pool building are okay.
The rooms in the main building, where the reception is, are worse.
No cockroaches or mosquitoes. Cleaning is done every other day, superficially.
The balcony chairs are covered in centuries-old dust.
The bed linens are relatively clean; only face towels are provided.
But you can borrow towels from reception upon request.
It's better to bring your own, including everything for your shower.

All in all, this is one of the oldest, simplest, and weakest hotels in Kemer,

We checked in that evening, and the manager showed us to a run-down room, hoping it would work, but from the look on my wife's face, he immediately realized it hadn't. He immediately said he'd give us a different room in the morning, which he did.

There is no alcohol, and what they call wine is again yupi, just an instant drink. Internet is paid - a dollar per day for one phone. The rooms are 2 for 2 with air conditioning above the bed, so the breeze will be clearly on you. And you can’t turn it off, otherwise you will die from the heat, especially if you are on the 4th floor - under a red-hot roof. There is no beach of your own, you have to go to the city one, because. others will drive you away like mad dogs. Room cleaning is also a dollar. For 9 days, neither the bed nor the towels were changed. What 4 stars, there is not a single one. I have never written a review before, but now I want to save at least someone from the mistake that I made myself.

Multiply by 2 - this is already an overpayment of 500-700 liras in 14 days! By paying this money, you can get a hotel with good food, with its own beach and close to the sea.

You have to stand in line for half an hour to get something to eat. But if you come later, you may be left without food, you just might not have enough. The range of food is such that you will not gain weight, but vice versa. Pasta, potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and salads, cucumber, tomato, in short, the same thing every day.
