In general, everything is not very bad. The staff was top notch. The room was cleaned on demand (maybe lucky, but the girl came right away). The manager Alex helped with everything. They provided a baby cot for free which is a big plus. For four (two adults and two children) we took a one-room suite. The room was clean, comfortable and well designed.
