What to look out for:
This hotel has a main building and many separate villas.
The main building is located on the beachfront, but the villas, as it turns out, can be quite far away, something no one warned me about! I was put up in the mountains, 1.17 km (I measured it on Google Maps) from the hotel, the beach, the pools, the restaurants, and other amenities. It's a real wilderness! You have to take the hotel bus for breakfast. Discuss this with your travel agent in advance, otherwise you'll be unpleasantly surprised.
After I encountered this situation, I started calling the "Poehali S Nami" agency (Astana, Beibitshilik Street, Building 25). Our travel agent, Alina Moskvitina, initially acknowledged that this was wrong. She said it shouldn't be like this and that she would resolve it, after which she wrote to the tour operator, Anex Tour. Anex refused.
When Alina realized she would be solely responsible for this situation, she immediately changed her mind and began convincing me that 1.17 km from the sea was fine, that it was the first coastline. Basically, she was simply afraid of the responsibility.
I also wrote to Anex myself. An Anex Tour representative accused the agency "Poehali s Nami" of failing to provide me with accurate information about the accommodation, but they, in turn, denied any wrongdoing and claimed I got what I wanted.
No one helped me. They left me alone with this problem. I negotiated a change of villa with the hotel myself, but I had to pay extra. And I wasted two of my 10 vacation days on this whole hassle. I demanded compensation from Anex and the agency "Poehali s Nami. " Neither of them offered any compensation.
That's how I was ripped off by the "Let's Go with Us" agency, manager Alina Moskvitina, director Igor Karabchuk, and tour operator Anex Tour.
Avoid them all, otherwise your vacation will be ruined.
