Special thanks to the bartender with glasses in the Sky Breeze bar, he is a true professional, very friendly and polite!
Unfortunately, the impression of the vacation was greatly spoiled by the behavior of some staff, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level:
• Cleaning and reception: The reception staff, as well as the cleaner who serves room 4005, behave arrogantly and disdainfully. It seems that these are not service staff, but presidents. There is absolutely no respect for guests.
• Behavior at breakfast: Both cooks who fry omelets in the morning behave inappropriately and indecently towards girls and women. This causes great discomfort.
• Soundproofing: The rooms have a rather poor audibility, which also interferes with rest.
The hotel has huge potential due to its location, but management urgently needs to pay attention to the qualifications and behavior of the aforementioned employees.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were invited to the main room where the reception is located. The room itself really impressed us. There was a modern, wonderful interior with soft furniture, coolness. We were immediately offered wet wipes and a drink. Then they put on bracelets and invited us to visit the restaurant, because it was not yet 2 p.

The restaurant also surprised us with its interior and service. I really liked the food. When we went back to the reception to inquire about checking into the room, we were taken to see the room...And here I want to warn tourists that the rooms are not what we imagined. There were three of us, but we were taken to a double room with only two beds. And this room overlooked the garden, where construction was going on. Of course, we didn't like it there...Then we were offered the same room overlooking the pools. We agreed, because we understood that the rooms in this hotel are all the same. We were given a third bed and began to enjoy our rest.
Because the most expensive and beautiful thing in this place is the SEA. The beach is wonderful, the animators are fun, the food is varied and delicious. All the workers of this hotel are polite! All problems were solved quickly.
The only wish is to make more hooks in the bathroom and put dryers on the balconies, because they didn't know where to dry the swimsuits. And everything is fine!! ! We are waiting for the opportunity to come to this hotel again!
